Mareverde is located just five minutes’ walk from the beach, at the upmarket resort of Fanabe with many excellent restaurants for eating out serving many types of cuisine. There are plenty of shops from small local ones to the larger type found at the Gran Sur complex five minutes walk the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including a twice weekly local market for bargain hunting.
The new Siam park Europe's largest water park is only approx. 5 kms away.
The apartment benefits from its own private patio garden with mountain and sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double bedroom,with King size bed.
The apartment is ideal for couples, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the land of eternal sunshine, with annual average temperatures ranging from 72F in Winter to 85F in Summer, which also makes Tenerife ideal for those out of season breaks as well as the more traditional holiday periods. This is definitely the island that has something to offer for everyone, no matter what your interests might be!
There are amazingly diverse landscapes from lush banana plantations and pine forests, to cinder deserts and cactus ravines. This is one of the few places where you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours!
There are activities in abundance which include water sports or simple relaxation on the 5 miles stretch of sandy beaches, a selection of animal parks, water park, fishing, paragliding, caving, cycling, shopping, quad biking, snorkelling and diving to name but a few.
Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area
Loro Park, further North in Puerto de la Cruz, is a tropical paradise with the most amazing animal shows you have ever seen. These include dolphins, sea lions, parrot shows, killer whales, sharks & most other sea creatures that spring to mind! Observe many different animals that you would otherwise not get to see, maybe in a whole lifetime! Truly a fabulous day out for all the family.
Siam Park is a huge water theme park in Las Americas with fantastic water chutes and slides ranging from lazy river rides for the less adventurous, to the real white knuckle chutes for the those a little more wild! There is also an area for the smaller children which is like an adventure playground in water!
Ecological Park (Las Aguilas Jungle Park) has tropical gardens, tigers, crocodiles, wildlife, birds of prey and parrot shows, and is on a smaller scale than Loro Park, but is also a little closer to home if you are staying in the South of Tenerife.
Tourists can alternatively take a sightseeing boat trip to view the whales and dolphins in their natural habitat, and because these creatures are so used to seeing us out there, they are not shy and can often be seen swimming next to or near the boats.

Fly to Tenerife- Mareverde is just 25 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk, Flythomson.co.uk and many other budget airlines from most major Airports to Tenerife Renia Sofia airport.
Car hire available from www.premiercarhire.co.uk.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the apartment. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 25 euros.
