The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and lies in the Atlantic Ocean approximately 120 miles off the coast of North West Africa. Tenerife enjoys up to 11 hours of sunshine each day in the summer months, which means it is a sun lovers paradise island. The temparature in Tenerife averages 26 degrees centigrade with not much variation throughout the year, making it the perfect getaway in the winter months from those long dark and cold days of Great Britain

Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

Playa De Las Americas is a modern expanse of urban development that draws tourists throughout the year. This is the islands most populated area and offers limitless opportunities for soaking up the days sunshine

Las Americas offers a whole host of entertainment for both young and old and has many attractions to visit both during the day and night. The Aquapark and Sky Park are only a 10 minute walk from the apartment which are a real must for a good day out, and for all the family to enjoy. In the evenings you can enjoy some of the islands best caberet tribute acts within a few minutes walk from the complex. There are a number of excellent restaurants in the area. If you prefer a quieter time there are many different areas to visit and relax in.

How to get there

Various budget airlines travel to Tenerife on a regular daily basis and the ones that we have found to be the most popular, reliable and economical are the following: www.flymonarch.com,www.flyglobespan.com, www.thomascook.com, British Airways, www.travelrepublic.co.uk . Ryan Air Most of the above fly from all the major U K airports.
When you leave the airport there are a number of taxis waiting to take you to the Garden City complex for approx 25 Euros.

The apartment is fully furnished to include a TV and a DVD player, it has a large lounge/dining room area which leads out onto a double balcony where you can get a view of the sea and enjoy the sunshine from midday until the early evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave,hob & oven, fridge, kettle toaster and all other kitchen facilities. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

The bedroom has two single beds with bedside lights and cabinets, ceiling fan to keep you cool and ample wardrobe space. There is a safe in one of the double wardrobes for free use to our guests. The bedroom patio doors open out onto the double balcony, where you can get the sun all day long.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, basin and wc.

Further details outdoors:
The complex hosts two fresh water swimming pools (one heated) a pool bar & restaurant with an on site Gymnasium to suit the more energetic holidaymaker. You can also enjoy a game of table tennis or basketball. The pool bar has some excellent entertainment most nights of the week. During the high season the complex operates a 'Children's Club' where they can be entertained whilst you relax beside the pool. The complex is managed by full time security staff, lifeguards are on hand next to the pool all day long. Plenty of "free" sunbeds are available at the poolside. The reception area offers an internet facility for a very low cost.

Conditions

A "non refundable" deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before the departure date or immediately if the booking has been made within 6 weeks of the departure date. A refundable security deposit of £50 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of the return of the apartment keys, and provided that our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment.

- Great Sea Views (with no supplements) - Very Clean - Plenty of room. A
wonderful relaxing holiday within easy reach of all amenities. Plenty of
good restaurants and bars in vicinity - and some wonderful seafront walks
