About the home

Situated in an enviable position inside the highly popular complex of Malibu Park and situated in a quieter area of Las Americas, the apartment has a fantastic terrace from which you can enjoy all day sun and sea views towards La Gomera, the sunsets have to seen to be believed! If it is sun and relaxation you are looking for then this apartment has it all.

Internally you will find all the home comforts including some British T.V. channels. Fully equipped kitchen so you can choose to stay in or dine out. There is a fine selection of multi national restaurants within short stroll including El Molino Blanco.

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with twin beds, a large lounge/diner with BBC, ITV and satellite TV, and a kitchen area containing a modern hob and oven with fridge. The apartment also contains a fully fitted bathroom, with washing machine.

Malibu park is a low level development but being situated in an elevated position gives you sea and mountain views, this apartment is located on the top level and has a large sunny terrace that is not over looked and is in a quiet position on the complex.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife boasts beautiful scenery and fantastic weather all year round, which makes it ideal to visit at any time of year! The winter time is especially popular with temperatures seldom below 22*.
Tenerife is a beautiful island of contrasts and offers the holiday maker a huge range of activities for the there are water sports galore, strecthes of sandy beaches to relax on, or venture inland to explore the stunning volcanic scenery.

Tenerife public transport is frequent and usually on time and you can reach most parts of the island by bus. Visit majestic mount Teide or the black sandy beaches of Puerto de la Cruz, for a different experience of Tenerife try a day in the capital Santa Cruz.

Tourists can take a sightseeing boat trip to view the whales and sometimes dolphins in their natural habitat off the coast of Tenerife and because these creatures are so used to seeing us out there, they are not shy and can often be seen swimming next to or near the boats.
All in All Tenerife has it all.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

Situated close to Malibu Park is the Aquapark . The Aquapark is a very action packed water park, especially for families with Children. The park has dolphin displays, rides and flumes varying from gentle to white knuckle waterfalls, wild water slides, children’s climbing frame structures and sun bathing terraces. Changing rooms are also provided.

Malibu park is situated in San Eugenio, Playa de las Americas and is close to the Puerto Colon Marina and beach area, which has a number of impressive yachts moored, You will also find a range of boat trips depart from here. Most of the trips consist of heading out to look at the Whales and dolphins in the channel between Tenerife and its neighbouring island of La Gomera. It also where you will find an array of commercial centres catering to your every need and one of the safest beaches at Puerto Colon. Ideal for those with younger children.

Playa de las Americas has an abundance of activities for all levels, from Spas to tennis and from boat trips to scuba diving this area has it all. it also boasts some of the best promende walkways and some of the best restaurants, you will be amazed by the facilities of this resort! if you want to venture further afield you can visit
Loro Park, further North in Puerto de la Cruz, is a tropical paradise with the most amazing animal shows you have ever seen. These include dolphins, sea lions, parrot shows, killer whales, sharks & most other sea creatures that spring to mind! Observe many different animals that you would otherwise not get to see, maybe in a whole lifetime! Truly a fabulous day out for all the family.

As part of the Loro park group you will find the New Siam Park"The water Kingdom" is a huge water theme park in Las Americas with fantastic water chutes and slides ranging from lazy river rides for the less adventurous, to the real white knuckle chutes for the those a little more wild! A fabulous day out.

Just Outside Playa de Las Americas you will find theEcological Park (Las Aguilas Jungle Park) has tropical gardens, tigers, crocodiles, wildlife, birds of prey shows which are amazing and not forgetting the tobogan run, another fun filled day out for everyone.

Guestbook for Malibu Park

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment has a lovely terrace and is in a quiet spot. We had reservations when we booked as it was not in the centre of town, but it is infact much better. There is every restaurant you can think of, chinease, Indian, a brasserie all within minutes walk and still its only 10 minutes to the centre of town. The children loved being just across the road from the water park and if you re-visit the next day its only 6 Euros.Our airport pick up was fantastic, the driver took us right to the door and let us in and was on time on the return.
