It is also in an excellent position for the elderly who don't wish to climb lots of stairs anymore!

The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures. Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing. The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hours drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .
Playa de Las Americas area
Los Christianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants & local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring island of "La Gomera". Other day trips to various places can be arranged from the port.
How to get there
The apartment is 15mins away from "Reina Sofia" airport in the south of Tenerife. From the northern airport (less used) is approx.1hr away. Tues & Fri usual flight days though Monarch fly every day from Manchester, Luton & Birmingham. C.I.Cars (Canary Island cars) & Niza are 2 of many available though car hire is not necessary as the taxi service in the area of the apartment is excellent and reasonable. Approx.price of a taxi from the airport to Parque Santiago is €20.

Further details indoors: IN 2008: THE APARTMENT is entered by large patio doors into the spacious open plan living / dining area which has a wonderful warm & bright Meditteranean feel to it being newly renovated to a very high standard & beautifully furnished with a modern leather suite, flat screen TV / DVD (with various satellite channels provided through the complex) This is to be a space which is a pleasure to be in!
The superb, brand new, modern & well equipped open plan kitchen is divided from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar & has all the luxuries you require - U.S.Fridge / Freezer with icemaker & filtered water, larder units, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven & grill & a microwave.
THIS FINE APARTMENT has 2 twin bedded rooms BOTH EN SUITE with the main bedroom having patio doors leading out onto the terrace area. THE EN-SUITE to this room is large bright & airy with a There are 2 fresh & modern en suite shower rooms with a hand basin & wc in each & a large shower area. Both shower rooms are crisp & freshly decorated being fully tiled. Showers have handles in them to help the elderly or disabled.
A cot is available (F.O.C.), if required, as is a 'Z-bed' for a 3rd child ONLY (for a small supplement).
We also provide a safe for your use & there are ceiling fans in the lounge & bedrooms to keep you cool, when required.
LARGE PATIO DOORS LEAD OUT FROM THE LOUNGE ONTO THE PATIO / TERRACE AREA which has a table & chairs to wine & dine 'Al Fresco' or sipping the odd glass of 'Vino' and also 2 sunbeds to laze away those relaxing hours. If you require a bit of shade there are 2 retractable canopies that shade the patio & any burning bods! Also supplied is a clothes dryer for when you need to use the washing machine. The patio/ terrace area has a gate to stop any tiny kiddies from wandering away!
The terrace area is where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.
Further details outdoors: There is a fine soft, white sand beach which is approx a 50 metre stroll along the very pleasant pedestrian promenade just in front of Parque Santiago 111, next door. It is cleaned & groomed daily & has sunbeds, refreshments & watersports all available. The sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope in.
Within the complex there are 2 attractive swimmimg pools (1 heated) , a pool bar, a number of restaurants and a kiddies play area. This complex is extremely attractive with highly maintained tropical gardens & impeccable standards. In general, it has a lovely atmosphere & at night Parque Santiago IV and its surrounding area is quiet, peaceful & safe. At the reception of both p.s.3 & 4 there are full business centre services available - internet, email & fax facilities.
As many regular visitors will know, once you've been to Parque Santiago 3 or 4, few other complexes can match its quality, location and value.

This apartment can ONLY accommodate 4 people.
We can take a 3rd child on a "Z" bed in the 2nd bedroom (for a small supplement cost), although it will make this bedroom short of space. We will NOT accommodate 5 adults as we do not wish to over crowd this apartment.
Conditions
Changeover day is flexable but friday to friday is preferred. Day of departure to vacate by 10a.m. Day of arrival 16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off. Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are to be kept in the apartment. Beach towels are not provided. We have a weekly linen / cleaning service. If you require more it can be arranged privately with our management service with prior notice. This apartment is for 4 people ONLY with the occasional exception of a 3rd child, when there will be an small additional cost.
