This superb apartment is in the most enviable position, overlooking a wonderful beach, on the 1st & 2nd floors of Parque Santiago III, one of the most sought after complexes on the island, enjoying a perfect location on the "golden corner" between Playa de Las Americas & Los Christianos. There is a pleasant pedestrian walkway, lined with palm trees, directly in front of the apartment with a soft, white sand beach (which is impeccably kept) a few metres beyond. It enjoys spectacular views from its 2 balconies & no expense has been spared on the interior renovations because of its outstanding location & 5-star areas surrounding it, which have excellent sports facilities, shopping centres, fine restaurants, upmarket bars & nightlife.

The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures. sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aquapark & adventure parks are within easy access.
Playa de Las Americas area
Los Christianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants & local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring island of "La Gomera". other day trips to various places can be arranged from the port.
How to get there
Apartment is 15 mins away from "Reina Sofia" airport in the south of Tenerife. From the northern airport (less used) is approx 1hr journey. Tues & Fri usual flight days though Monarch fly every day from Manchester,Luton & Birmingham. C.I.cars (Canary Island cars) & Niza car hire are 2 of many available though car hire not necessary as the taxi service in the area of the apartment is excellent & reasonable. Approx. price of taxi fare from the airport to the apartment complex is €20.

Further details indoors: This is a modern newly renovated 2-storey apartment finished to a very high spec. Upstairs has a light, good sized bedroom en suite with twin beds (usually together unless specified), ample storage, safe & ceiling fan. It's en suite has a large walk-in shower (with a choice of 2 shower heads!), handbasin, wc & a washing machine. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a balcony on which there are 2 sunbeds, with mattresses, a small drinks table & spectacular views. There is also a foldaway clothes horse on this balcony for when & if you need to use the washing machine. This is a private place to sunbathe being virtually south facing yet enjoying the usual pleasant, light sea breeze that Tenerife is associated with. Downstairs there is another shower room with handbasin & wc.
This apartment has a fabulous bright open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar & u.s. Fridge / freezer with icemaker & filtered water. An electric oven, hob, microwave, larder units & wine racks complete the look to make it a pleasure to be in - especially looking out over the atlantic ocean!! Just beyond this area are 2 settees, a large wall mounted flat screen lcd tv with DVD/CD player & a remote controlled ceiling fan. Large double glazed patio doors lead out onto another balcony where there is a wining / dining area with table & chairs and a retractable canopy for those who enjoy a little shade. This is just the place to watch the world go by or let yourselves chill out sipping that early evening cocktail. Both balconies are of good equal size, both overlooking the promenade & beach. The balconies are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.
Further details outdoors: Parque Santiago 3 is situated on the sea front with a soft, white sand beach on its doorstep - which is impeccably kept. Sunbeds & various watersports are available & the sea is clean & safe with a guadual slope. The pedestian promenade takes you for a lovely stroll in both directions along the coastline either to Los Christianos ( a pleasant 10 mins.or so) or to Las Americas & beyond. In both directions there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" if required!!!
The attractive complex has beautiful landscaped tropical gardens & is well known for it's splendid large sea water pools (1 being heated) with its well maintained sun terraces --- all of which provide a tranquil & romantic setting in the evening. There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), restaurants of all kinds (with their own home-made ice-cream), bars, supermarket (with its own bakery), laundry, hairdressers to name but a few. Also there is a kiddies play area, pool tables & mini-golf. The popular pool restaurant does a very good, inexpensive breakfast & lunch - converting well into a lovely, appealing restaurant in the evening. The complex & its surrounding areas at night are peaceful, quiet & safe. If you fancy a bit of pampering "The Mare Nostrum Resort" next door has a spa & treatment facilities. At the reception on Parque Santiago III there is a full business centre service available - internet, email & fax facilities.
As many regular visitors will know, once you have been to Parque Santiago 3 or 4, few other complexes can match its quality, location & value.
Conditions
Changeover day is flexble but Friday to Friday is preferred. Day of departure to vacate by 10am. Day of arrival 16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off. Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are to be kept in the apartment. Beach towels are also available, although we do ask you to please wash / dry them at the end of your stay, if they are used. We have a weekly linen / cleaning service. If you require more it can be arranged privately with our management service with prior notice. This apartment is mainly let to couples. We do occassionally agree to 1 child when there will be a small addional cost but we do NOT have 3 adults in this apartment.
