We must own one of the finest apartments which has one of the best positions in the most beautiful surroundings of Parque Santiago 3.
This wonderful beach front apartment which is completely renovated to the highest of standards, represents the pinnacle of luxury living.
We all live such hectic lifestyles that it is easy to overlook the pleasantries of life that make each day special & that can be enjoyed whilst relaxing here on holiday.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you have the ultimate holiday experience combined with a totally unforgettable time throughout your stay.
This superb apartment is in the most enviable position, overlooking a wonderful beach, on the 1st & 2nd floors of Parque Santiago III, one of the most sought after complexes on the island, enjoying a perfect location on the "golden corner" between Playa de Las Americas & Los Christianos.
There is a pleasant pedestrian walkway, lined with palm trees, directly in front of the apartment with a soft, white sand beach (which is impeccably kept) a few metres beyond. It enjoys spectacular views from its 2 balconies & no expense has been spared on the interior renovations because of its outstanding location & 5-star areas surrounding it, which have excellent sports facilities, shopping centres, fine restaurants, upmarket bars & nightlife.
This apartment is exceptional and absolutely ideal for someone wanting to indulge themselves to a fabulous holiday ------- or for that "special" occasion ------- or for those who just appreciate & enjoy sheer quality!!
May we also point out that very few of the apartments on these 2 super complexes (Parque Santiago 3 & 4) are done to this extremely high quality specification but as private owners we have proudly renovated them to a style which we think befits their beautiful location & many visitors prefer the freedom & space of our properties & the luxuries provided within them, in comparison to the best of 5* hotels.

This is a modern newly renovated 2-storey apartment finished to a very high spec.
Upstairs has a light, good sized bedroom en suite with twin beds (usually together unless specified), ample storage, a safe & elec. ceiling fan.
It's en-suite has a large walk-in shower (with a choice of 2 shower heads!), handbasin, wc & also a washing machine.
Patio doors lead from the bedroom to a balcony on which there are 2 sunbeds, with mattresses, a small drinks table & spectacular views. There is also a foldaway clothes dryer on this balcony for when & if you need to use the washing machine. This is a private place to sunbathe being virtually south facing yet enjoying the usual pleasant, light sea breeze that Tenerife is associated with. There is no apartment above this property.
Downstairs there is another fabulous shower room with handbasin & wc.
This apartment has a fabulous bright open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar & U.S. Fridge / freezer with icemaker & filtered water. An electric oven, hob, microwave, larder units & wine racks complete the look to make it a pleasure to be in - especially looking out over the Atlantic Ocean!!
Just beyond this area is a leather settee, an extra bed which is converted into a sofa when not in use, a large wall mounted flat screen LCD TV with DVD/CD player & another remote controlled ceiling fan.
Large double glazed patio doors lead out onto another balcony where there is a wining / dining area with table & chairs and a retractable canopy for those who enjoy a little shade.
This is just the place to watch the world go by or let yourselves chill out sipping that early evening cocktail.
Both balconies are of good equal size, both overlooking the pedestrian promenade & beach.
The balconies are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual apartment.

We tried La Rana (next to PS4) on the 2nd last night & loved it so much we went back the next night. If you go, try the beef cooked on the hot stone..all the locals were eating it..it was fantastic...& the deep fried ice cream with toffee sauce was to die for!!!"

Parque Santiago 3 is situated on the sea front with a soft, white sand beach on its doorstep - which is impeccably kept. Sunbeds & various watersports are available & the sea is clean & safe with a guadual slope. The pedestian promenade takes you for a lovely stroll in both directions along the coastline either to Los Christianos (approx. a pleasant 15 mins.stroll) or to Las Americas & beyond. In both directions there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" if required!!!
The very attractive complex has beautiful landscaped tropical gardens & is well known for it's splendid large swimming pools (1 being heated) & now also with the addition of a jacuzzi within its well maintained sun terraces --- all of which provide a tranquil & romantic setting in the evening.
There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), restaurants of all kinds (with their own home-made ice-cream), bars, supermarket (with its own bakery), laundry, hairdressers to name but a few.
There is a SUPERB kiddies mini water park & play area, pool tables, table tennis, football tables & mini-golf behind the well stocked supermarket.
Also there is a new state of the art Gym (free) with massage & various treatments available (charged).
The popular pool restaurant does a very good, inexpensive breakfast & lunch - converting well into a lovely, appealing restaurant in the evening. The complex & its surrounding areas at night are peaceful, quiet & safe.
If you fancy a bit of pampering "The Mare Nostrum Resort" next door has a spa & treatment facilities.
In the receptions on both Parque Santiago III & IV, there are internet & computers available to use at a small charge although WIFI is free if you have your own laptop.
As many regular visitors will know, once you have been to Parque Santiago 3 or 4, few other complexes can match its quality, location & value.
Conditions
Changeover day is flexble but Friday to Friday is preferred.
Day of departure to vacate by 10am.
Day of arrival 16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off.
Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are to be kept in the apartment.
Beach towels are also available, although we do ask you to please wash / dry them at the end of your stay, if they are used.
We have a weekly linen / cleaning service. If you require more it can be arranged privately with our management service with prior notice.
This apartment is mainly let to couples. We do occassionally agree to a 3rd person.
The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures.
sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aquapark & adventure parks are within easy access.
The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area
Los Christianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants & local markets. Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring island of "La Gomera".
other day trips to various places can be arranged from the port.
Parque Santiago 3, 4 & 5 is a top quality area with so much to do you don't have to move so very far at all.
There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), supermarkets (with its own bakery in the larger one), laundry & dry cleaners (if required), hairdressers, restaurants of all kinds (many with their own home-made ice-cream) & bars to name just a few!
The excellant new children's mini water park & play area can be used by guests on Parque Santiago 3 & 4, as can the table tennis, the new state of the art Gym with massage & various treatment facilities & the internet & computer facilities at both reception areas.
On the smaller Parque Santiago V by the large supermarket is a lovely mini golf course to enjoy.
If you fancy a bit of pampering the "Mare Nostrum Resort" next door but one, has a spa with treatment facilities you can book into & don't miss the musical water fountains opposite which are a joy to see especially from "Harry's Bar" above, where you can sip away at an exotic cocktail while watching them.
The restaurants in the Parque Santiago area are plentiful & very popular especially around the fountain area upstairs by "Harry's" bar.
At midnight the area becomes much quieter for the consideration of all guests but, if you wish to continue on, just a short stroll away, there are bars which stay open a while longer & if you are a real "party animal" then wander down to the heart of Playa de las Americas!
ALL IN ALL, THE PARQUE SANTIAGO 3, 4 & 5 AREAS ARE TO BE ENJOYED, ARE VERY POPULAR, WELL RESPECTED & WELL RECOMMENDED ----- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Apartment is 15 mins away from "Reina Sofia" airport in the south of Tenerife.
From the northern airport (less used) is approx 1hr journey.
Tues & Fri usual flight days though Monarch fly every day from Manchester,Luton & Birmingham.
C.I.cars (Canary Island cars) & Niza car hire are 2 of many available though car hire not necessary as the taxi service in the area of the apartment is excellent & reasonable.
Approx. price of taxi fare from the airport to the apartment complex is €20.
