About the home

This wonderful apartment has one bedroom with patio doors to balcony a large bathroom and a newly fitted kitchen. There is a conservatory/dining room with patio doors to the other end of balcony.

The lounge adjoins the kitchen where there is ample room and where the sofa bed is situated. The terrace runs over two balconies below so as you can appreciate is large in size. There is also a further shower on the balcony. If you are impressed by this apartment, but is unavailable for the dates you require, please view our other apartment on the same complex. There is no cot available in the apartment but can be supplied on request.

This is a very large one bedroom penthouse apartment.

I have a cleaner that comes and gives a linen change and towels once a week.

Further details outdoors:
There is a large garden table that seats 8 people if necessary. There are two sun beds with mattresses and an umbrella.

It has also the advantage of a sun canopy that can be pulled down on those extra hot days. As mentioned there is an outside shower cubicle and as you are not overlooked is perfect for a quick shower when the main bathroom in use.

Further details

I do not accept hen parties or stag dos as this is a perfect location for families and couples alike .

Wonderful access to this property as it can be accessed from the rear of complex which saves walking through the whole of the complex with cases etc. Perfect for taxi drop offs.

Conditions

If you want to book this property I would ask for a non returnable deposit of £100 and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. In case of a last minute booking I would require the full amount.

The Tenerife region

The region is famous for its all round year sunshine where the temperature rarely drops below21 in winter and rarely rises above 30c in summer. Places of interest :- Mount Teide, Orotave gardens, Whale and Dolphin Sea trips.

You can visit the north of the island where it is slightly more green as the temperature is not quite so hot as the south. There are various water parks to visit and the famous Loro Park is a must if you have children. You can of course just laze on one of the many lovely beaches or stay at the pool on the complex as this has restaurants where the children under 10 eat free before 8.30p.m.

The Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

There is a new theme park opening in Playa de las Americas called Siam Park and I am assured that it will be a fantastic day out for all the family. Tenerife has many top class golf courses and many water activities.

For party lovers the famous carnival in February attracts many visitors and festivities last for a whole week. Some of the visitors in the last year have been Elton John who did a concert in February. Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez and Jamiroqui (maybe wrong spelling) was there at the begining of June.

There are many airlines that go to Tenerife i.e. Thomas Cook, Monarch, XL, Easy Jet, First Choice. The flight is approx 4 hours.

Once again there are many car hire firms at the airport i.e. Auto Reisen, Avis, Hertz or I can arrange with a private car rental firm that I deal with who picks you up from the airport and takes you to accommodation and there he hands over the keys to your car, this is an independant service and if interested I will give you details.
