Welcome to Parque Santiago III -one of the most sought-after locations in Tenerife. This outstanding complex enjoys the perfect location on the 'golden corner' between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. The most popular of the Parque Santiago complexes, Parque Santiago III has beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pools, sun terraces, restaurants and shopping centre. This spacious, beachfront complex caters for the discerning holiday-maker who wants an upmarket place in a central location with all the services they require nearby. The complex is very popular with families being located right on the beach with the centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos only a pleasant 10 minutes walk away along a seafront promenade shaded by palm trees. As many regular visitors will know: once you have been to Parque Santiago III few other complexes can match its quality, location and value.

It is surrounded by beautiful beaches with easy access to Aquapark, adventure parks and other sporting facilities including fishing, scuba diving and whale watching. The nearby fishing port of Los Cristianos has ferry access to the exotic island of La Gomera. Mount Teide (Spain’s highest mountain) is well worth visiting along with many other beautiful areas on the island. There are numerous facilities within the Parque Santiago complex including large supermarket (with its own bakery), shopping centre (with 120 shops), numerous restaurants (Italian, Chinese and international cuisine) mini-golf and other children's activities.

This spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally located on the ground floor with direct access via a large, private, secluded terrace/garden to the (heated) pool and sun terrace. The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area with easy pull-out double sofa-bed.

The complex is well known for its huge pools (one heated) and sun terraces that are well managed and maintained by its dedicated staff. The lovely gardens offer ideal areas to relax in sun or shade during the day and provide a very romantic evening setting. No wonder it has been described as one of the best spots on the island.

Cost for apartment is for 2 people sharing. Extra persons : £15 or €20 each per week.

The cost includes linen/towels, cleaning, electrical and gas usage.
