About the home

This is a delightful and fully air-conditioned studio, which has been partially refurbished and very well maintained by the owners. Lounge consists of sofa, chair, coffee table, large modern display unit, TV, DVD and CD player, and patio doors leading on to the balcony which has table and chairs, and magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean and Torviscas.

Santa Maria has an excellent pool area with both daytime and evening entertainment. There are several terraces on which to lounge and enjoy the sun, as well as a tennis court and bar/ restaurant on-site.

Lounge consists of 3-seater sofa and chair, coffee table and large modern display unit, which houses the TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead onto the balcony, which has patio furniture and views over the Atlantic Ocean and Ocean Park.

There is a dining area with table and two chairs. The stylish kitchen has modern white units and granite-effect worktops, and cooking facilities comprise of full oven, 2-ring hob with extractor, microwave, toaster and kettle. Fridge with freezer compartment.

The separate sleeping area has twin beds with bedside units either side, and a lovely wooden and wrought iron double bed head. There are attractive prints and a central wall light between the beds, perfect for nighttime reading. There is a ceiling fan in this room, double wardrobes and a large mirror.

The bathroom is fully tiled in white with patterned border tile and comprises of shower cubicle, WC and sink unit with marble surround. There is a large mirror at the back of the sink, with little individual shelves set into the mirror, and plenty of storage space in the cabinetry beneath. The washing machine is also housed here.

Santa Maria has an excellent pool area with entertainment during the day and evening. Several sun terraces, tennis court and bar/ restaurant.

Tenerife has something for everyone, diverse landscape, abundance of activities and excellent local cuisine. Once described as the "little continent." Las americas is ideally situated for watersports, animal parks, sky park, water park, shopping, walking, relaxing on the 5 mile stretch of sandy beaches. No matter your wishes for an ideal holiday, you will find it in Tenerife, except for skiing, but then you can always go up to the volcanic mountain, El Teide and visit the snow on the peak.

The Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

This lovely STUDIOapartment is situated in the Torviscas area of Playa de Las Americas. Close to all amenities, the beach is only a 4 min walk and a couple more to the stunning marina, Puerto Colon. The sky park and aqua park are only 10 and 15 mins. It is ideally situated for shopping in the famous San Eugenio Centre, where you will pick up lots of bargains. If you are a bargain hunter, the market is on twice weekly and this is only a 3 min walk. The complex has on sight entertainment.
Playa de Las Americas is the ideal location for all types of holidaymaker. You can laze on the long sandy beaches, shop until you drop or party all night long.
It is unique, for if you prefer a quieter time there are many different areas to visit and relax in, but will also cater for those who wish a livelier holiday.
