This apartment is superbly located in the heart of the new Las Americas where you can find superb restaurants and fabulous designer shops however is only 10 minutes walk from the port of Los Cristianos where you find the smaller street cafes and abundance of local character.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife has one of the best climates in the world with an average year round temperature of 22 deg c, very low rainfall and warm barmey nights, Tenerife is dominated by the worlds 3rd largest volcano.
Compostela beach is situated in the heart of Las Americas and is so well situated for exploring this wonderful island. A 20 minute walk takes you to the marina where you can take a boat ride to the wonderful Los Gigantes cliffs and swim in aqua blue waters surrounded by some of the largest cliffs in the world.
Alternatively take a trip to the summit of Mount Teide at over 12000ft it is the highest point of Spain and the cable car ride is just an amazing experience.
On the north coast is Lora Parque a wildlife adventure park with some fantastic dolphin and killer whale shows owned by the Anaheim Busch company who own Busch gardens in Florida you are assured of a fantastic day out for all the family young and old !
If you're into history then a trip east to the pyramids is a must, yes Tenerife has its own pyramids ! half hour further east is the capital Santa Cruz with everything a capital should offer, chic boutiques, pavement cafes and west end shows and you should see the architecture!
Playa de Las Americas area
Las Americas is the hub of Tenerife with the best beaches and nightlife. Complimented by some of the best restaurants on the island and superb designer shops.
Compostela Beach is situated at the hub of Las Americas and is only a 10 minute taxi ride to the new Siam Park, due to open in May this is the biggest water theme park in Europe with a wave pool so big you wont believe !
If you like days laid on the beach or by the pool then there is no better place, Vista Sur beach is a 5 minute stroll and has miles of golden sand, lined with every type of eating and drinking place.
Night life, well there is no better place across the road at the Safari centre you will find some of the best bars and restaurants Tenerife has to offer.
