About the home

This is a nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground floor apartment. This apartment is centrally located within easy reach of all the local amenities. The apartment comprises of 2 twin bedrooms, complete with fitted wardrobes. The living room has TV and video, ample seating and patio doors leading onto the furnished terrace (this terrace is also accessible from the master bedroom). The terrace is an ideal spot for catching some sun and enjoying the surroundings whilst socilising with family and friends.

The apartment is located on the border between Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos about 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and shopping centre, supermarkets and bars are in the immediate area. This complex has a bar, restaurant, adults and children’s pool as well as a reception area.

The apartment comprises of 2 twin bedrooms, complete with fitted wardrobes (there is a zbed for the 5th person). Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, full oven, 4 ring hob, kettle and toaster. The living room has TV and video, ample seating and patio doors leading onto the furnished terrace (this terrace is also accessible from the master bedroom). An iron and ironing board are also supplied in the apartment. The bathroom has a full bath with shower fitment, sink and WC.

The Tenerife region

There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures.

Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access.

There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hours drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .

The Playa de Las Americas / Andorra Complex area

With the Mare Nostrum & Villa Cortes in the same area, this side of Playa de Las Americas has quickly become the place for people who love the finer things in live. It is now popular and well known for its great shopping malls (Sahara & Safari Shopping Centres), restaurants (too many to mention) and great beach with watersports.

Add to this the lovely beach front walk (known as 'Geranium Walk' to the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos, with its Canarian Village atmosphere and well known fishing/excursions port (day trips to various places like the Island of La Gomera) can be arranged from the port. Also in Los Cristianos, shops, more restaurants & beaches.

Tenerife is very accessible from the UK from numerous regional airports.

It's approximately a 4 hour flight, you can fly with BA, Thomson, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Jet2, Easyjet, Excel Airways, First Choice & My Travel to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia, TFS) Airport.

Playa de Las Americas takes 20 minutes by Taxi or we can arrange return transfers (as the airport can get busy certain times of the year).

Alternatively, all the major Car Hire companies have reps or offices at the airport, as well as in resort (Hertz, Europcar, Avis are just some of the big names).
