This lovely two bedroom, semi-detached bungalow has recently been refurbished and is in an ideal location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Furnished to a good standard it consists of 2 twin bedrooms, a shower room, open plan lounge and a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, electric hob (no oven) and fridge/freezer. The lounge has ample seating area, ceiling fan and dining table.
There are patio doors leading out onto the secluded rear patio, which is south facing and has patio furniture and sun-loungers. This is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco dining and entertain guests whilst enjoying the sun sets. There is a shared pool ideal for cooling down and sunbathing.

The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures.
Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing. The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access.
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hours drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area
Playa de Las America's, San Eugenio area is popular and well known for its fishing/excursions port (day trips to various places can be arranged from the port), lots of shops, restaurants & local markets, water park and beaches.
Los Cristianos one way & Playa Fanabe (Costa Adeje) the other way are great walks along the sea-front promenade. Near the bungalow is the 'Mercadona Supermarket' where you can stock up your fridge and shelves at a reasonable price.
The location of this property is ideal as you will not need a car during your stay, howver if you do have a car we do have a car space available (please let us know that you will need this facility as you will need remote control for the barrier into the car park.
How to get there
Tenerife is very accessible from the UK from numerous regional airports.
It's approximately a 4 hour flight, you can fly with BA, Thomson, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Jet2, Easyjet, Excel Airways, First Choice & My Travel to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia, TFS) Airport.
Playa de Las Americas takes 20 minutes by Taxi or we can arrange return transfers (as the airport can get busy certain times of the year).
Alternatively, all the major Car Hire companies have reps or offices at the airport, as well as in resort (Hertz, Europcar, Avis are just some of the big names).
