Lovely, bright, mini penthouse apartment located on the popular complex of Parque Santiago I. This sought after complex is in the Los Cristianos area of Playa de Las Americas and all amenities are close at hand. This apartment is suitable for couples looking for a quiet and relaxing break in the sun, with the added advantage of being able to walk to many cabaret and entertainment bars in the area. A camp bed in the lounge makes this apartment suitable for a third person (child).

The apartment has ample space and provides you with everything you could desire. With an open plan kitchen / lounge it is the ideal situation for rustling up some culinary delights whilst entertaining family and friends relaxing in the lounge area. There is a large balcony leading from the lounge overlooking the swimming pool. This is perfect for watching the sun set as you sip on a large cocktail.

There is plenty to do in Tenerife during all seasons, as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & the very pleasant temperatures.

Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access.

There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hour’s drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 1 area

With the Mare Nostrum & Villa Cortes in the same area, this side of Playa de Las Americas has quickly become the place for people who love the finer things in live. It is now popular and well known for its great shopping malls (Sahara & Safari Shopping Centres), restaurants (too many to mention) and great beach with watersports.

Add to this the lovely beach front walk (known as 'Geranium Walk' to the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos, with its Canarian Village atmosphere and well known fishing/excursions port (day trips to various places like the Island of La Gomera) can be arranged from the port. Also in Los Cristianos, shops, more restaurants & beaches.

Tenerife is very accessible from the UK from numerous regional airports.

It's approximately a 4 hour flight, you can fly with BA, Thomson, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Jet2, Easyjet, Excel Airways, First Choice & My Travel to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia, TFS) Airport.

Playa de Las Americas takes 20 minutes by Taxi or we can arrange return transfers (as the airport can get busy certain times of the year).

Alternatively, all the major Car Hire companies have reps or offices at the airport, as well as in resort (Hertz, Europcar, Avis are just some of the big names).
