This apartment ideally suits four people, with the option of an extra person sleeping on the couch (which is not a sofa bed so is therefore only suitable for a child).

The spacious lounge has a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, and matching glass coffee table and occasional table with lamp. There is a stylish wooden chest and matching unit for the TV, which has satellite channels including BBC, ITV and Channel 4 and a 24-hour movie channel. Also provided is a CD and DVD player. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto the front terrace, which has a patio table with four chairs and two reclining easy chairs, where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the marina and the Atlantic Ocean.

Fully fitted and well-equipped American style kitchen, furnished with modern units, combi microwave, fridge freezer, and ceramic hob. As well as the dining area, which consists of table and chairs for four, there is also a breakfast bar with 3 tall stools.

The master bedroom has two single beds that can be arranged separately or together, each with attractive 2-drawer beech bedside units. There are wall lights above the bedside tables for reading as well as a large wall light as the main light. A small UPVC window, with modern blind, overlooks the Puerto Colon beach. The double fitted wardrobes also house the safety deposit box, and another chest of drawers with large mirror above, adds to the ample storage space provided. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan and patio doors that lead on to the front terrace.

The twin bedroom has two single beds and a 2-drawer bedside unit with reading light above. Storage space includes mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers with mirror above that matches the bedside table. Patio doors from this bedroom lead onto the side terrace where you can enjoy the sun and views of the beach.

The first bathroom has full bath with shower facility, toilet and sink with mirror and light insets above, and includes attractive vanity units and a window providing additional light and fresh air. The washing machine is housed in this bathroom. The second bathroom has the same facilities as the first except for the washing machine.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a wide choice of holiday attractions, sports and nightlife. It has varied and spectacular scenery, from lush banana plantations and pine forests to cinder deserts and cactus ravines - here you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours.
There are a wide range of parks; animal, water, sky, botanical etc.
A boat trip to see the whales and dolphins is a must and so is a visit to the volcanic mountain, Teide.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Puerto Colon area

This is one of the most popular resorts in the whole of South Tenerife, due to it’s prime sea front location and fabulous local amenities. A 2 minute walk up the road takes you to the popular San Eugenio Commercial Centre, which has shops galore as well as cafes, banks, large local supermarket (mercadona, which is much cheaper than the tourist supermarkets). Along the top road you will also find more shops, and a great range of restaurants. Along the sea front at the bottom there are more restaurants for you to choose from and during the day there are activities on the beach.

Situated in the Puerto Colon area of Playa de Las Americas, this complex overlooks the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The swimming pool and expansive sun terrace are a fabulous place to relax and partake of the food and drinks provided at the pool snack bar and dining terrace.
