About the home

Lounge consists of 3 seater sofa and two easy chairs. There is a glass coffee table and matching side table housing the lamp and telephone. Window behind the chairs with great views. The TV and satellite box are housed on a glass TV unit in the corner opposite the sofa, and there is also stereo system.

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto the front terrace, which has table and chairs and stupendous views. Dining area off the lounge with a sofa bed and small window.

Bedroom has double bed with sumptuous dark wood headboard, which matches the bedside tables and the extensive wardrobes. There are three drawers in each bedside unit and reading lamps at either side of the bed. Mirror, double fitted wardrobes with drawers. Second television. Patio doors leading on to the side terrace with table, chairs, sea and Mountain View.

Separate kitchen has now been totally refitted. It is tiled in red and whitecountry style tiles. It is equipped with of fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, full oven and hob.

Newly refurbished and beautifully tiled bathroom. There is a shower fitting over the bath, and a large mirror with halogen light inserts above the sink area. Below the sink are built-in storage cabinets for toiletries etc.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a wide choice of holiday attractions, sports and nightlife. It has varied and spectacular scenery, from lush banana plantations and pine forests to cinder deserts and cactus ravines - here you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours.
There are a wide range of parks; animal, water, sky, botanical etc.
A boat trip to see the whales and dolphins is a must and so is a visit to the volcanic mountain, Teide.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Puerto Colon area

This is one of the most popular resorts in the whole of South Tenerife, due to it’s prime sea front location and fabulous local amenities. A 2 minute walk up the road takes you to the popular San Eugenio Commercial Centre, which has shops galore as well as cafes, banks, large local supermarket (mercadona, which is much cheaper than the tourist supermarkets). Along the top road you will also find more shops, and a great range of restaurants. Along the sea front at the bottom there are more restaurants for you to choose from and during the day there are activities on the beach.


Situated in the Puerto Colon area of Playa de Las Americas, this complex overlooks the beautiful Puerto Colon Marina and the Atlantic Ocean. The swimming pool and expansive sun terrace are a fabulous place to relax and partake of the food and drinks provided at the pool snack bar and dining terrace.
