About the home

The one bedroom apartment is very tastefully furnished and include a balcony overlooking the pools,one of which is heated. Our Tenerife representatives ensure that the apartment is maintained to a very high standard and are available to assist you during your stay.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, including washing machine, microwave oven, and a safe. The specially made settee converts into two very sturdy comfortable single beds,allowing four people to sleep in private. A further large armchair is in the lounge.

The complex is ideally situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. The Andorra Apartment is directly next door to the Andorra Hotel and guests may use either facilities. The complex itself is situated in an area that offers a wide range of activities and choices. Andorra is situated close to the Pyramides five star complex and the Santiago complexes, and next door to the Vulcano Hotel.

The Tenerife region

Lying just above the Tropic of Cancer on the same latitude as California , Southern Tenerife enjoys 350 days of sunshine each year with average temperatures in the winter of around 72 degrees and 85 degrees in the summer. Tenerife has an ideal all year round, sunshine climate.

Tenerife is an island of contrasts. The hot , dry south of the island, the more temperate north of the island and dominating over the whole island is the highest mountain in all of Spain. The volcanic Mount Teide, with its spectacular lunar landscape.

The Andorra apartments are perfectly situated as an ideal base from which to explore the rest of this tropical paradise.

The Playa de Las Americas / Andorra Complex area

Playa de las Americas provides the holidaymaker with a wide range of activities, ensuring those that don't just want to relax on the beach have plenty to see and do. There are a variety of golf courses nearby, fishing, water sports, tennis and beach sports. For those that like to relax, there are miles of beautiful sandy beaches and an abundance of bars and restaurants to relax in after a day of soaking up the sun.

The Andorra complex is situated within a 5 minute walk of the seafront and beaches,and the main shopping and restaurant areas are also a few minutes walk away.

“Excellent Location” The apartment is in an excellent location, situated near to the Playa Las Vistas beach and between Playa de las Americas and Los Christianos. There is a costal walk which and you can walk to both of these areas very easily. If you want to go further afield, you can stroll into the Costa Adeje area. The apartment is clean and overlooks the pool. The large balcony has the sun on it on most of the day. There is plenty of wardrobe space and there is also a safe to use. You can use the amenities in the adjacent hotel. The security of the apartment is very good with a lockable iron gate and deadlock front door.
