There is a balcony with furniture ideal for enjoying al-fresco dining or a glass of wine as you watch the sun set. All amenities are close at hand. This apartment is suitable for families looking for a quiet and relaxing break in the sun, with the added advantage of being able to walk to many restaurants, beaches, great shopping, cabaret and entertainment bars in the area.
There is a fantastic swimming pool perfect for sunbathing and cooling down from the hot sun. The pool side bar serves snacks & ice cold drinks as well as ice creams, etc.

The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & it’s very pleasant temperatures.
Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, cycling, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing. The aqua park & adventure parks are within easy access.
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from --most of which are within a short taxi drive except for the 2 up in the north which are approx. one hour’s drive away and there's another course on the island of "La Gomera" ! .
Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 2 area
With the Mare Nostrum & Villa Cortes in the same area, this side of Playa de Las Americas has quickly become the place for people who love the finer things in live. It is now popular and well known for its great shopping malls (Sahara & Safari Shopping Centres), restaurants (too many to mention) and great beach with watersports.
Add to this the lovely beach front walk (known as 'Geranium Walk' to the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos, with its Canarian Village atmosphere and well known fishing/excursions port (day trips to various places like the Island of La Gomera) can be arranged from the port. Also in Los Cristianos, shops, more restaurants & beaches.
How to get there
Tenerife is very accessible from the UK from numerous regional airports.
It's approximately a 4 hour flight, you can fly with BA, Thomson, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Jet2, Easyjet, Excel Airways, First Choice & My Travel to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia, TFS) Airport.
Playa de Las Americas takes 20 minutes by Taxi or we can arrange return transfers (as the airport can get busy certain times of the year).
Alternatively, all the major Car Hire companies have reps or offices at the airport, as well as in resort (Hertz, Europcar, Avis are just some of the big names).

Further details indoors: This lovely third floor (accessible by a lift), mini penthouse has a sunny, south-facing balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment comprises of lounge with dining area, kitchen and balcony downstairs and two bedrooms with 2 en-suite shower rooms upstairs. The lounge area has comfortable seating and is nicely decorated with Sky satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster teapot and kettle. Each bedroom has two single beds and ceiling fans. The balcony has a table with chairs, 2 sunbeds and a stand up clothes line.
Further details outdoors: Some of the facilities for Parque Santiago 2, there is a large pool area with sun-loungers (payable locally).
Also on the complex, there are two supermarkets & two fantastic restaurants (serving international cuisine) & two banks with ATM's.
