The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach which boasts the best surfing on the island. 10 minutes further along the coast are stunning manmade beaches with sand exported from the Sahara Desert. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire here, and there is a varied selection of watersports.
How to get there
Reina Sofia airport (TFS) located in the south of the Island is only 16km away, it takes approx 20 minutes by taxi and will cost about 22-25 euros.
Car hire is not otherwise necessary as everything you need (beaches, amenities, restaurants, shops, nightlife, etc.) is only a short walk away!

Further details indoors: The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It is modern, comfortable and has ceiling fans throughout to keep it cool. It is ideal for families as it is on ground level, & the walled patio means no escape for inquisitive little ones!
The main bedroom has a king size bed and doors onto the private terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds. The lounge area also leads the private patio and includes a stunning bed-settee. a 32" plasma TV with satellite connection and DVD player. The dining area seats six.
Further details outdoors: The main bedroom and lounge area both lead onto a stunning patio, which is completely walled, ensuring children’s safety and your privacy. There is garden furniture (4 patio loungers with cushions) and a dining area for eating alfresco (2 outside tables and chairs)!
The communal pool is heated throughout the year and has a slide for children. It is located amidst attractive gardens of palm trees and tropical flowers and there is spacious poolside lounging areas for sunbathing and a day of relaxation. There is also a friendly pool bar where Pepe & sue will give you a warm welcome. Breakfast is served from 8.30am, and drinks, meals and ice creams etc. are available until 6pm. You can even get cooked chickens to take back to your apartment!
Further details
Apartment is serviced before your arrival and once weekly, when your linen and towels will be changed (no beach towels are provided). A more frequent cleaning and linen service is available on request.
Conditions
The apartment is wheelchair friendly as it is situated on the ground floor, with only 2 small steps up to the entrance. The shower is a double and easy to climb in and out of. The large patio is ideal for wheelchair users to sit in comfort and tranquility. It is also suitable for the elderly as it is all on one level & has a large walk in shower.
Smoking on the patio is allowed but not inside the apartment please.
50% of rental price is required to secure your booking (this is non refundable), plus a £100 refundable on return deposit, for keys and damage to apartment and contents, (breakages will be charged for). We expect the apartment to be left in a clean and respectable condition, if not you will be charged for extra cleaning duties from your deposit. The final payment must be received 1 month before arrival date. When final payment is cleared keys will be dispatched to you.
Changover day is Friday to Friday. Check-in is 2pm, and check-out is 10am, this is to enable the housekeeper to clean the apartment before the arrival of the next guests.
