“Beautiful apartment,centrally located and wheelchair friendly.” This was the first time that we had booked with Alan Dow and found his service to be excellent with almost instant answers to email queries. His website is clear and easy to use. We were delighted with the apartment which was spotless when we arrived. It was well appointed with flat screen TV,DVD and radio/CD in the lounge and a TV in the bedroom.There was a wide range of freeview channels with BBC 1&2, ITV, Ch4 &5 and a sky sports channel. The kitchen was well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster The balcony faced south and caught the sun from about lunchtime to evening and had a beautiful view over Puerto Colon to Gomera. There are lots of good restaurants in the area and a large supermarket under the shopping centre about 100m away. We had an electric mobility buggy which we were able to leave in the garage beside reception with electric sockets for recharging the battery.There are lifts to all floors making access for disabled easy. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

“Can't wait to go back!” Alan made a very wise investment buying so many apartments in this complex. The location couldn't be better, near the shops, beach, restaurants, entertainment etc. We stayed in A118 which was really spacious (could have easily accommodated 4) with a wonderful double balcony with views over the sea, mountains and the street below. The apartment had everything we could want with twin beds, two sofa beds, small kitchen with fridge etc. The kitchen is a little old but I understand the apartment is due for update next year so when that's done everything will be even better. There's a safe and a washing machine in the apartment too. Alan keeps an apartment for guests to use on the day of their departure if their flight is late and you can also leave belongings for your next trip. Telephone numbers of maintenance and cleaning people are available which is helpful.

“Lovely apartments and complex” We have stayed in Los Geranios from around 8 years now firstly when it was a hotel and now have stayed in Alan Dow's apartments for that past three years. They are very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The complex itself is very secure and close to all local amenties including bars, restaurants, Mercadona Supermarket and complex and 3 min walk to the marina and beach.

“Excellent trip once again.” Fantastic holiday! Gorgeous apartment in a great area with all you could need; restaurants/bars/beach/shops all within 2mins walk, literally! Apartment has everything you could ever want on a holiday and was spotless on arrival. Large balcony with great views over pool/sea. Second time we've booked with Alan Dow and I'm certain it won't be the last. Great service, excellent communication - all you need for a perfect "DIY" holiday!

“excellent accomodation the whole complex very well maintained” we stayed in apartments rented by alan dow cannot fault them very clean and well maintained the whole area in which these apartments are located is lovely clean and very picturesque had a great holiday and cant wait to book again next year

“We love staying at Los Geranios” My wife and I travel twice a year to Tenerife, normally in April and October. We arrange flights and accomodation separately as, after more than 20 years going to the Adeje area, we know which properties are the best to stay in so we book accordingly. We've gravitated toward Los Geranios in recent years as it has nice quiet apartments with a pool area that's never overcrowded. The location is first class in terms of being handy for shops, bars and restuarants with easy access to the marina and beach area. We now deal with the same letting agent who provides an excellent, very reasonably priced service with respect to bookings and the arranging of cleaning and maintenance people (we arrived to no hot water once and a guy appeared at the door 10 minutes later to solve the problem). The apartments we've stayed in recently are well appointed and seem to be continually improved in terms of new sofas and installation of washing machines (a real bonus when we got stuck an extra week during the volcanic ash cloud problem last year). I have NO connection (family or business wise) to anybody at Los Geranios so this critique is a completely honest assessment of what we've found - my wife an I LOVE staying at Los Geranios (and meeting up with repeat customers like us every time we return). We're due back for 10 days in three weeks, in fact. Can't wait...
