The bungalow is in a secure well cared for community. It is located right in the heart of Las Americas, but is still a peaceful retreat. The bungalow has been newly refurbished and decorated this year and offers good sized accommodation for 4 people looking for a place in the sun that will feel like a home.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is an all year destination, and is great place to holiday. It is a Spanish speaking island placed just off the north west corner of Africa and has an average temp of around 23 degrees C. In summer the temperatures are much higher, but a nice cooling breeze off the sea makes it perfect.
There are numerous beaches on the island, most have volcanic sand, while others have imported white sand. The shores around the island offer many water sports and the beaches of Las Americas are teaming with opportunities to try out a few. The majority of beaches have sun beds and sun shades for hire, and the popular beaches nearly always have lifeguards and first aid facilities.
One of the most famous land marks of Tenerife is Mount Teide, the highest point in Spain. It is a good place for a day out with an easy cable car ride almost to the summit. You can choose to walk all the way, but you will need a permit and strong legs!
Other excellent excursions and activities include dolphin and whale watching, a trip along Hell’s Ravine to a waterfall, the biggest carnival outside of Rio, the lidos of Puerto de la Cruz and don’t forget eating and drinking. The island boasts a wide and varied selection of dining opportunities from beach side café bars to Michelin starred restaurants and smart cocktail bars. Whatever you want is available.
Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area
Las Americas is in the heart of tourist Tenerife. All of the amenities that you would expect are there. There are many sandy beaches most of which have life guards on duty, offering a wide range of watersports. Most beaches have sunbed hire and umbrellas available as well as wandering masseurs to give you the final touch of relaxation. As well as this there is a large water park and soon to be opening is a new theme park called Siam Park (www.siampark.net) which will be amasing for a day out.
There are lots of excellent bars and restaurants that cater to any taste. If you are looking for recommendations while you visit please just ask.
How to get there
The easiest airport to reach Las Americas is Tenerife South, Reina Sofia (TFS), there are regular chartered flights from most UK Airports. General searches online for cheap flights to TFS are usually fairly successful. Alternatively there are quite a few scheduled/budget airlines that fly to TFS:

Further details indoors: The bungalow is neutrally decorated and has 2 large bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, both have fitted wardrobes and bed side tables. There is 1 bathroom white bathroom suite with multi jet power shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board available for your use. The very large double height airy lounge has plenty of comfortable sofas and in the eating area there is a wrought iron and glass table and 4 chairs. There are electric fans in most rooms.
To the rear there is a terrace that is the full width of the bungalow and there is a smaller terrace to the front. There are out door table and chairs on each terrace as well as more comfortable deck chairs available for your use.
All sheets and towels are provided and will be changed weekly. There is an on site managing agent who can deal with any issues or questions that you may have during your stay.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded to me. A further security deposit of £50 is to be made in cash to the property manager upon arrival. This will be returned to you in full after inspection and return of the key. If the booking is made prior 6 weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be paid to hold the property. The full sum is due 6 weeks prior to your departure date.
Bookings normally run from Sat to Sat, although this can be changed to suit your requirements depending on availability.
