The apt is situaited in the centre of Las Americas very close to the beach and sea front, where you can watch the surfers on the waves or stroll along the front browsing at tthe shops and stopping for drink s and snacks next to the famouse patch with good quality bars and restaurant, entertainment and shop's,the bus stops near by and there is also a taxi rank near by. The complex is situated in the flat area, no banks to climb. THe view from the apartment balcony you can see Mount Tiede,when the snow is on the tip you can see it. The aprtment has been refubished.The complex is well maintained with a beautiful gardens, swimming pool and pool side bar.(there is a charge for sunbeds daily).

The Tenerife region
Good climate all year round. Parque Santiago 1 is ideally situated for all local ameineties but there is plenty of places to visit, Mount Tiede is worth a trip.You can have a wonderful day out at the Lorro Park which is in the north of the island at Porta del a cruz about one hours drive away, but much near is the water park with lots of slides and a dolphin show.
Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 1 area
Market day's thursday and sunday famous los christianos market, Monkey park near by and several golf courses, Lota of bars where you can dance the night away or even relax and chill out in Harry's bar, and good restaurants, including Indian and Chinese.There is a Theatre and Opera house just around the corner.There are several golf courses in the area, also a crazy golf just around the corner.
How to get there
Fly from any uk airport into tenerife south sofia airport, taxi to Playa Las Americas for about 25euros.Takes approx 15 mins.
