About the home

This ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms both with en suite one of which is a wet room, it also benefits from a very large terrace and gardens approx 55m2. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to seat 6. Teak furniture and parasol on the patio give the opportunity for our guest to enjoy al-fresco dining over a relaxing drink in private.

It has a double bed , 2 single beds and a sofa bed sleeping 6 comfortably, there are options for extra put up beds for those with little children to maximize to 8 people. The apartment is modern and comfortable and furnished to a high standard, one of the nicest on the complex. It has satelitte TV with all the main english speaking channels plus numerous others including SKY Sports.

With the extra large terrace and garden, complete with 6 chairs, parosol shade, loungers and BBQ. Parque Santiago has very well kept and established gardens throughout.

This ground floor apartment has easy access for the elderly and also has a large walk in wet room. There is 24hr security on hand, community office at pool side for help and advice, handy man available, all English speaking.

Conditions

The Apartment would need to be vacated by 10am on your departure date,and is available from 2 pm on your arrival date.

Parque Santiago 1 is a tranquil setting yet ideally located, It is surrounded by beautiful beaches with easy access to the recently opened Aquapark, other sporting facilities include golf, fishing, go-karting just to mention a few.

The nearby fishing port of Los Cristianos has ferry access to the exotic island of La Gomera. Mount Teide (Spain’s highest mountain) is well worth visiting along with many other beautiful areas on the island. Facilities within the Parque Santiago 1 complex include supermarket (with its own bakery).

For those of you who like a walk there is a relaxing promanade which runs from the quaint and historic fishing village of Los Cristianos to Port Colon Marina, Adeje and beyond. There are numerous restaurants on which cater for every taste, and budget, just a stroll away, along with many qualiy shops and boutiques which stock all the best brands and designers.

Tenerife is 4hrs flight time from mosts airports, we find that thomsonfly are quite a reasonable airline, other budget airlines include Easyjet,Ryanair,Monarch and Flydeals.co.uk will give you a good option on all the cheap flights.

Flights to Tenerife are direct and all year round.

We have found that auto reisen car hire was a reasonable price if booked online from the UK.
