Siuated very close the sea front, Parque Santiago 1 is an excellent location for those who wish to be close to all amenities. The complex is also on the flat area of Las Americas so no hills!
The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard with leather settees, lovely tiles throughout with a blue and white theme. Very well equipped and with both bedrooms having their own en suite this suits two coules or a family with older children but each having their own space.
The complex is very well maintained with the pool being the central focus. Heated during the winter months and sunbeds can be hired per day. A pool bar serving snacks and drinks is also open during the day.

The Tenerife region
Mount Teide is a trip worth going on. Take an island coach tour and see this most beautiful and unusual landscape.
Puerto de la Cruz again is worth a trip as very different to the South.
Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 1 area
Restaurants.... too many too mention but one worth going to for Tapas is Meson Castenallo.
Shops....from designer to Mango one is spoilt for choice
The beaches are just a two minutes walk and the the surfers beach is worth a watch!
