"California Apartments" offers one outdoor fresh water swimming pool and sun terraces with umbrellas and sun beds. There is also a Snack/Pool Bar serving all sort of light meals and snacks.
The hotel will appeal to couples for its ideal position for holidays in Tenerife, close to all the entertaiment on offer in the resort.
This studio apartment is superior to many on the complex, having been recently refurbished.

Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area

Located in the south of Tenerife Playa de Las Americas is the most famous tourist area, and so this is where you will find plenty of small beaches, protected by long breakwaters to stop the made up sand banks being washed away.
This is the place to practise all kinds of water sports and enjoy lovely scenery, much more attractive than any description.
For golf players you can play locally in Las Americas or within 10-15 minutes drive on other golf courses like Adeje golf, Golf del Sur.
Centre location, close to all amenities but also very quiet complex.

How to get there

Fly to Tenerife Reina Sofia Airport California Apartaments is approx 11 miles fromthe airport about 20 min. by taxi, cost around 25 euro, there is always plenty of taxis available at the airport.
Flights available from Monarch,EasyJet,Jet2.com,Excel and many others depending on departure airport.
Car hire available from the airport and many outlets around the California Apartaments.
Taxis available at all times.

Studio contains an open plan sleeping/lounge area with twin beds, bedside table, built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space.
The kitchen contains 2 ring hob, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of pots and pans, crokery and cutlery.
There is possibility to accommodate 2 adults and one child for additional 40 pounds per wek.
Balcony with table and 4 chairs, sunny thru the day and afternoon.

The outside terrace overlooks the pool and has table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Fresh water swimming pool, shared garden.
Newly decorated bar serving light snacks, soft and alcoholic drinks.
Internet and wifi broadband acces in the lounge area, computer available.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to forwarded with your booking form, together with security deposit of £50.
If the booking is made prior 6 weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 20% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with security deposit of £50.
The £50 security deposit will be refunded to the guests within 1 week of the return of the keys to the owner (if there are no breakages or damage within the apartment).
The keys will be forwarded to the guest by representative on Tenerife.
No pets allowed.

Yes we did enjoy our stay very much in your apartment. It was very convenient for my husband as no stairs or lifts and the location was great. A week was very short and would like to go back as would be more familiar with bus and see more of Tenerife.
