A very large, fully equipped Studio Apartment, on the second floor situated in a quiet and well kept complex, within a few minutes walk to a lovely beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, casino and various other amenities.The bus garage is also a few mins walk away where you can catch a bus to most parts of the island.You can also get the bus from the airport to this bus station.A taxi to the Las Flores takes about 12-15 mins and costs approx 20euros. If you prefer to take leisurely walks,the beautiful coastal route to Los Christianos is about an hour away. La Caleta with its many quaint restaurants overlooking the sea is also about an hour away in the other direction passing through the well known Geranium walkway ,with its abundance of restaurants and bars all overlooking the sea ,the marina at Puerto Colon ,Fanabe, and the beauiful beach at Playa del Duque,or take the bus for approx 1 euro. or by taxi approx 5 euros(Los Christainos and La Caleta are both about 12minutes away).
THE LAS FLORES (adjacent to the 5 STAR IBEROSTAR BOUGANVILLE PLAYA) is mostly residential ,with retired , mature owners. A very safe and secure, complex, with most of these owners living there all year round. I appreciate security is very important for some people so there is also a wrought iron security gate on the front door and patio doors with double locks on both.There is a lovely breeze that blows continously through the apartment if the front and patio doors are open and the security gates closed. I prefer Mature Couples who appreciate a quiet and relaxing restful atmosphere. There is a beautiful sea view from the spacious balcony which attracts the sun all day long and well into the evening. The sea can also be seen whilst lying in bed with your "morning cuppa" The pool area is normally very quiet with plenty of free sunbeds,and chairs.There is also a gate by the pool area with steps that lead down to the recently built pedestrianised walkways and the beach a few minutes away.All the apartments overlook the sea/pool. The TV has amongst others, all the English channels so you can keep up with the soaps if you wish. Smoking acceptable but would appreciate on the balcony only. The new "SIAM CITY" water park ,said to be the biggest in Europe ,a unique day out for any age group and opening SEPT 2008 is also only a short stroll away and can be seen from the front of the complex,and finally ,the Las Flores is a very popular complex with the same clients booking year after year, so please, do not hesitate to phone,or email ,if you have any questions or queries.The LAS FLORES truly is a lovely, quiet ,very very safe little complex.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the perfect year round holiday destination. It has gorgeous hot, sunny weather in the summer and a pleasant warm climate in the winter.
The island caters for all types of holiday makers and has a range of activities and sights! The impressive Teide Volcano is an ideal day trip, with a scenic drive on the way; visitors can take a cable-car ride to the summit via the visitor centre. Various museums, botanical gardens and zoos are on the island and the best way to experience Tenerife is to hire a car to get you around.

Playa de Las Americas area
Playa de Las Americas is a great place in which to base your holiday in Tenerife. The area has plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes to cater to every taste.Just a few mins up the road from my apartment is the "STAR BAR". and the "PHEASANT PLUCKER" and 2 mins further on is "EUGENES" and "O,NEILLS" the irish bar.All great for local entertainment,if thats "your thing" or of course there are scores of typically canarian restaurants for miles around.If you fancy a really special night try THE MOLINO BLANCO (the white windmill)just up the hill by the big supermarket the food is a bit more expensive but the gardens outside and the decor inside is stunning.Booking at week ends is advisable.
Take a boat trip from the local harbour to watch wild whales and dolphins frolicking in the surrounding oceans, or, if you prefer to explore below the waves numerous scuba diving schools are based in the town centre. A lovely mini golf course is a perfect idea for family fun, however if the real game is more to your liking there are plenty of golf courses located in and around the immediate area.
The area is surrounded by lovely sandy beaches with clear blue seas.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife south, Las Flores is about 15 mins away.
Taxis area few yards on the right ,outside the airport ,(just follow the crowd)and the fare is approx 20 euros. Buses also serve the airport and will take you to within a 3 mintue walk to the apartment, for 3 euros.There is always an orderley well organised queueing system for the taxis at busy times and although it may look like the queue will take for ever,you are in a cab before you know it.

There are two beds and a bed-side cabinet a large settee, coffee table, , built in wardobe ,2 large chest of drawers, sky TV and a CD player.Fully double glazed patio doors with security locks and security gate open on to the spacious balcony.
The bathroom is very modern with a walk in glass bricked large shower area,with a power shower,a sink with storage under and of course a w.c.
There is also a small room in reception with lots of books, magazines etc and a washing machine room. There is also a telephone in reception which is very reasonable after 6pm
Further details outdoors: *Spacious balcony with table, chairs, sun loungers, and a sun blind (rolls in and out). *There is parking at the apartment, if you wish to hire a car. *Smoking permitted but would appreciate on balcony only. *Might be willing to accommodate 3 people if one is willing to sleep on the settee.£25 extra per week.
