These apartments are opposite the new Gran Sur shopping centre located in Torviscas Bajo , Playa de Las Americas. The apartment is on a second level but boasts a double length terrace with secure gate to stop young children escaping!
The complex has a large top pool containing 5 pools connected by means of a water slide and waterfalls. In addition there is a kids pool which is great for toddlers. There is a restaurant, poolside snack/cocktail bar, laundrette onsite. Reception is open daytime only and you can purchase tickets to local attractions and excursions.
The Mareverde complex is in perfect location for the beach , shops ,restaurants and all the main attractions. The complex is also on the main bus route ,so wherever you want to visit is made easy.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is famous for its weather and its national park area including Mt Teide . The island has everything to offer for the young and older with plenty of activities for everyone.
The South of Tenerife has the best beaches and weather but the North is more traditional with different climate changes. The north has the famous Santa Cruz and Puerto de La Cruz which hosts one of the biggest animal parks Loro Parque. The south is more famous for the holiday destinations of Playa de Las Americas and Los Christianos.

Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area
Playa de las Americas is a modern resort , with beautiful beaches and international shops and stores. It is the main tourist resort in Tenerife , attracting over 1.25 million visitors every year .
The resort is appealing for the young and lively but also has everything to offer for families and the maturer visitor Torviscas is only a short walk from Playa de Las Americas where there are shops, restaurants and nightlife. Close by is the Waterpark, Skypark and the beach is only a 5-10 min walk.

Fly to Tenerife South airport. The apartment is about 15-20 minutes by taxi / car from the airport.
