The Sunny Suite, renovated in June 2007, is a large studio apartment, with vast 440 foot (40m2) sun terrace that provides guests with the opportunity to slip out their patio doors, and soak up the sun rays all day with absolute privacy. Also has an easy access entrance, wheelchair friendly with no steps from the entrance of the complex all the way to your front door. The entire Beach front promenade upgrade was completed in May, with endless restaurants, boutiques, bars and shops directly outside of the complex, and yet within it is surprisingly quiet. The “Sunny Suite” is located 1 min walk from the promenade and 3 min walk to the stunning Tenerife Beaches.
If the beach is not your cup of tea, feel free to lounge by the heated swimming pool on the beautiful grounds of Paraiso Royale. Outside your door, you can wonder through the romantic walkways, admire the Canarian Spanish style architecture, explore the lush gardens spilling over bouganvilla.

The Tenerife region
You can do all sorts, from windsurfing to boogie board, roller skate, motorcross, ... there are several offices at the preminade that will offer you arranged trips to places like Gomera island, Teide (highest mountain in Spain) whale and dolphin watching, karting, adventure trips, hicking, walks.. etc.
The climate is unbeatable, is the eternal spring all year round, doesnt go bellow 12C and rearly goes higher that 30C
And of course play golf. The Sunny suite is located 3 min drive or taxi to Las Americas Golf Course, 10 min drive to Adeje Golf Course, and 25 min to from 'Abama', Golf del Sur and Amarilla golf. All of these are world class 18 hole golf courses with excellent facilities, that have hosted national events such as The Spanish Open. Fantastic for Golf lovers.

Brand new preminade finished on june 2007, where you will find countless of boutiques, shops, restaurants, pubs... etc. 5 min walk to Parque Santiago resort.
How to get there
You can flight from the UK to the Tenerife North or South airport, direct connections from Ireland with Ryann Air.
On arrival at tenerife sur airport you should either take a taxi or drive west to the tf-1. bear right to the tf-1 ramp. and enter the motorway. exit the motorway at the exit c-822 arona/los christianos. bear left onto the ramp los christianos/ cambio de sentido. bear right at tf-28. at tf-665 take the 3rd exit onto tf-665. bear right at avendia de juan carlos darias. bear right at calle de juan carlos 1. bear right at plaza de la chayofita. continue on this street. bear right towards camio de las madrigueras. continue on this street. bear left at avendida de santiago puig. turn right at calle de victor zurita soler. this is where you will find the entrance to paraiso royale.there are 2 entrances to the complex the first is on the street calle de victor zurita soler. the other entrance is just a short cut to the beach front. on entering the complex you can follow the sign posts for number 118. you will walk under a trelleced area where you will find another gate. go through the gate and take a right. the apartment is at the end of this walk way on your left
Key Collection Instructions: on arrival you will be picked up at the airport if requested and taken to the apartment. otherwise the keys may be picked up at apartment 219 (directly upstairs). this apartment owner takes care of my property in my absence and will act as a contact for yourself during your stay. paraiso royale operates as a gated community and all entrances are locked after 8pm until 8am the following morning. you will receive keys on arrival for all the gates.

Further details outdoors: The Sunny suite has a new, well equipped, kitchen and a large renovated living area. There is a large sun terrace with private sun loungers and a patio dining set. It is in a gated community with all the entrance points being locked at night. Guests will be given keys on arrival. Renovated to a very high standard, it enjoys all the comforts of home. The complex is not your average holiday apartment.
The beach is only a 3 min walk. Shops just outside the complex. Restaurants/bars are a 1 minute walk. The taxi rank is 1 minute walk. 20min from the Reina Sofia Airport located in Tenerife south. Car not necessary, this complex is very central.
