This much sought after, prestigious, Parque Santiago II, seafront complex is impeccably maintained and is situated in outstanding central location, with excellent dining and shopping facilities.

The apartment is on the first floor & occupies one of the prime positions. It is double fronted with a large terrace facing south over the pool & with a view of the sea. The large terrace has a sun blind and sun umbrella blessed with sunshine most of the day.

This apartment is continually updated and maintained to provide accommodation of a high standard.

The accommodation includes 2 twin bedded bedrooms, a new modern fitted kitchen- including oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. There is also iron and ironing board. A large living room and dining area includes Satellite Television, DVD Player and CD Radio. There is also a sofa which converts to a double bed. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with duvets and curtains to match. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan plus a portable fan. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard.
Free WIFI Internet is available in the complex
A cot, high chair, welcome pack and a money safe are available on request.
Services are electric - No Gas.
The apartment is cleaned + the linen changed weekly.

Visitors return year after year to this attractive, intimate development of Parque Santiago 11 on the southern edge of Playa De Las Americas. It is about 20 min from the airport and is situated right on the seafront, with promenades leading to sandy beaches and to the nearby fishing port of Los Cristianos. There are a large selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. At Parque Santiago 11 there is a beautifully heated pool and a children’s pool with slide. There is also a poolside bar & restaurant. Parque Santiago 11 is attractively laid out with palm trees, an abundance of tropical plants and is well maintained. There are 2 supermarkets in the Complex & a large supermarket just outside the Complex. There is a great selection of bars & restaurants, right on your doorstep with the ocean and seafront immediately in front. Taxis are available nearby. The nearest Golf Course approx 1 mile.
