This is a warm single level studio apartment. Situated on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey building. Comfortable new sofa for relaxing on. Lift access to all floors including down to the pool.Excellent local restaurants. Situated in a flat area, good for gentle sea front strolls.Parque Santiago 1 is a private complex which is well maintained, very clean and is set in attractive gardens.  There are two swimming pools one of which is a toddlers pool with a slide, both heated with sun bathing areas.  There is a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.  An excellent pool bar serving drinks, hot snacks and meals all day.Low season April to September £200  High season Christmas & New Year £345  Rest of the Year £245 per week . Discount for late booking or longer stays.
