The location of this high-quality bungalow is excellent being a very short walking distance from the beach (3 minutes) and all other amenities. Laze by the communal pool or walk to Aqualand, a water fun park. There are many restaurants, shops and bars close by, and the famous Veronica Night Clubs are only a 10 minute walk away. Buses that take you to the many exciting excursions are only a minute away.
The building, while close to all these facilities, is not directly next door and is also double glazed, meaning that it is quiet at night and you'll be able to sleep peacefully. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
This place is ideally suited for families of all ages, and groups of responsible adults. You can have a beach, cultural, sporting or a nightlife holiday or any mix of these with equal ease.

The Tenerife region
Whenever you need a holiday, Tenerife is the place to come with it's year round wonderful climate. The scenery in it's national park, dominated by the 3718m high Mount Teide, is breathtaking. There are lush green forests and deep valleys with exotic flora, perfect for a walking holiday.
In contrast there are numerous sandy beaches with many different watersports on offer. Take a trip on a boat to watch the whales and visit the neighbouring island of Gomera.
Play a round of golf on the wonderful golf courses. At nighttime take a trip up Mount Teide to wonder at the numerous stars you never see in a town, it is awesome.
Playa de Las Americas / Adeje area
Playa deLas Americas is the best known and most exciting holiday resort on Tenerife. It has great beaches, numerous restaurant, bars and great shopping centres, including many designer shops.
There is a golf course, mini golf, cultural centre, Sky Park and Aqualand, a water fun park.
Playa de Las Americas has something for everybody - you will never be bored.
How to get there
Fly with BA, Thomson, Monarch etc. to Tenerife south (Reina Sofia) airport. It takes 20 minutes by Taxi to reach the property.

The kitchen has a filtered drinking water tap, no need to carry heavy water bottles. Linen, towels and a welcome pack are provided.
Further details outdoors: There are 2 terraces. One is shaded on ground level by the lawn, with table and chairs. On the roof terrace are 8 sunbeds and an excellent view of the area and sea .
There is secure car parking area behind locked gates if you're planning to rent a car.
There is a paddling pool available for babies and small children.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £50 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee to secure booking, the rest is due six weeks before your arrival. Well-behaved pets are wecome.
