About the home

A lovely one bedroom apartment with ENGLISH TV channels and dvd player close to plenty of bars, restaurants, Torviscas beach and Puerto Colon marina . Balcony is perfect for catching the sun from 11.am until it sets with table and chairs and brick barbecue with a view of one of the pools and partial view of the sea.Complex is ideally situated and is close to 2 golf courses ,Fanabe and Torviscas beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The Tenerife region

The apartment is situated in the quiet area of Torviscas and only a half hours walk to the bustling Playa las Americas centre.Tenerife has beautiful beaches , landscapes and plunging ravines . The stunning puerto colon marina is 7 minutes away and mount teide is a must see venture giving paramount views of other canary isles 12000 feet above sea level, there are 3 golf courses just a 10 min drive away . There is plenty to do should you want to just soak up the sun on the lovely beaches or play crazy golf, boat trips paragliding, go karting, jetski and dolphin trips,there is another waterpark close by which is great for kids . There is a bus outside the complex taking you virtually anywhere you want.

The Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

Los Christianos is an hours walk away with a huge sunday market with beautiful beaches, bars restaurants and ferry to La Gomera , Torviscas where the Mareverde is has plenty of restaurants ,shops bars. market on twice a week. Puerto Colon a beautiful marina is only 10 mins. to your left and the lovely beaches bars and restaurants at Fanabe are to your right. So plenty to do.

Fly to Tenerife South get a taxi the Mareverde is just off the motorway 20 kms away or self drive come off at exit for Torviscas then take turning for Torviscas Bajo the apartments are there on the right. British Airways, Thomson,Monarch and Excel Airways fly regularly to tenerife south ,www.Jet 2 .com fly twice a week from Blackpool fare to apartment should be about 20 euros.

“great apartment” ian & laveens apartment is a great apartment with all you could need in it .it is like home from home .it is in a great location & they are very helpful with any questions you ask them .this is our 2nd time in this apartment & we would stay there again .
