It is a very central and sunny apartment in Playa de Las Americas, 5 minutes walk to the beach, near maritime promenade and shopping area. There are many restaurants, the Casino nearby as well as jazz clubs and discos for night entertainment.
The apartment enjoys a splendid view to the coast and the swimming pools area as it is on the eleventh floor.

The Tenerife region
The island of Tenerife has surprising beaches throughout its extension, white sand beaches, of valcanic sand, natural swimming pools next to the sea, nudist beaches, immersed creeks in the nature. It is a paradise to enjoy the sea and the sun, all year long.
Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area
PLAYA LAS AMERICAS
El Barranco del Rey is the boundary between the boroughs of Adeje and Arona. There are several golden-sand beaches along this stretch of coast, like Cuevitas and Playas de Troya, which are very popular for their dry, sunny climate. They have changing rooms and showers. There are many bars, restaurants and terraces along the pedestrian promenade that has been built along this stretch of coast.
As the apartment is in a central position, you could alternate promenades to the left to the comercial area of Parque Santiago some days and to the right to the Marina “Puerto Colon” and Fañabe other days.
The nearest beaches are Playa Troya and Playa del Bobo. Sun beds, pedal boats, pleasure craft and wet bikes can be rented. There is one strectch of the coast that is suitable for surfing.
Tenerife offers places, attractions, excursions and activities for all ages. Dolfin and whales sightseeing excursions, summer chill out cruises, exotic parks as cactus and animal parks, huge waterpark, jeep safari, Karting club, paragliding (tandem flights), scuba diving, trekking, quad safari, water skiing, golf, Spa, jazz club and chill out bars for the evening, casino and much more.
Dear guests, I will provide you with a list of websites you could discover with more information on each attraction or excursion of interest sothat you could prepare your journey before coming to the island in case you don’t know it yet.
How to get there
It is 20 km from the airport. It is 20 minutes drive. The taxi would cost 25 €uros.
There is no need at all to rent a car as the apartment is very central and near all amenities. In the excursions agencies you could reserve many kinds of excursions with transport.

Further details indoors: The apartment, in smooth pink and white tones, is just totally renovated.
The livingroom has television (with satellite), a DVD players with a serie of films. It has a very comfortable sofa bed. There is a telephone for the reception of your calls.
It has a new american style kitchen with microwave and large fridge.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed (two mattresses linked for better confort) of 2 m wide.
The bathroom has a bath and shower, a washbasin, a toilet as well as a washing machine.
Young children: many items are available on request for young children as a cot, Prenatal playpark, highchair, buggies, table for bathing and changing babies.
Further details outdoors: The complex has a very large swimming pool and a smaller one for children as well as a garden. Longchairs are at your free disposition around the swimming pool. From the apartment you can easily watch your children playing in the swimming pool.
There is private parking area to the complex sothat you could park easily your car in case you would rent one.

Transport from airport From the airport you could either rent a car or take a taxi (25€)
According to the hour of your arrival either I could welcome you, either you could collect the keys at the reception where they will be put at your attention.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit and Balance: Booking deposit (25 %) may be paid by PayPal system or by bank transfer. In case of a cancellation, the deposit won't be returned. The Balance is to be paid cash in euro the day of arrival. We would be gratefull if you could have the exact amount of the balance.
Guaranty A guaranty of 100 €uros / 70 GBP is asked at your arrival which is refundable prior departure after inspection. Broken or damaged objects will be paid according to a price list at your permanent disposal in the apartment.
Others Linen and bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. No cleaning service is included during your stay. One linen service a week is included if required The cost includes water and electricity.
Prices listed are per property per week for maximum 4 persons occupancy.
Rates: 1 week rent - 320 €uros per week. Each extra night at 46€ 1 month rent - 240 €uros per week (960 €uros/month). Each extra night at 32€. Short breaks: min 4 nights. 60€/night
