Sunset Bay has been a firm favourite with holiday makers for the past few years. As some of the apartments are time share this ensures the standard of the complex is always maintained.
This private penthouse has everything required to ensure your stay is a relaxing and enjoyable one. The complex has two pool areas and each area has sunloungers.
There are lots of little cafes-bars on site and this is great for those wishing just to laze by the pool or sunbathe all day.
The nearest beach is just a 3 minutes walk away. These beaches are very safe for families as the sea shelves gently out and lifeguards are always patrolling. On the beaches there are plenty of watersports and numerous restaurants and cafes.
The famous Harleys Bar (American Theme) is just a short stroll away from the complex and again offers great food and drinks at competetive prices.
This area in and around Torviscas has just been renovated and the new roads-paths have really improved the area making it more pleasant and scenic to walk around.
Puerto Colon Harbour is within a few minutes walk and the new El Faro evening bar is just fantastic for watching the sunset!

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is an island of many contrasts. The south does receive more sun hence for sun lovers this is the place to be. The beaches are very well maintained and cater from windsurfing to just sunbathing.
Teide is the famous volcano and we would reccomend you take a trip to see it. On the other side of the island Garachio and Puerto de la Cruz again are worth a trip...
The climate currently remains very pleasant all year around, however the last two years has seen September with the highest temperatures.
Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area
Sunset Bay is situated very close to the beaches. Just a 3 minutes walk away and you are overlooking the Torviscas and Fañabe beaches... These are ideal for families with children.
On the beach you can hire a sunbed-parasol and should you wish to partake in watersports then you have a few to choose from.
Along the beach front promendade there are lots and lots of restaurants and cafes and shops.. A great variety and for those chicken lovers then Othelos is the place for roast chicken!
A walk in the other direction will bring you the the fantastic El Duque area. The Plaza del Duque had many gorgeous shops and we reccommend you take your credit cards as some designer shops are located here.
The beaches of El Duque and El Beril are worth a visit especially if you are looking for a few waves! (be careful with children)

Further details indoors: The living room is very open plan and spacious and light as there are two terraces off here. There is a large sofa and two comfortable chairs along with a TV and DVD. The TV receives the complex satellite and this currently has many English Channels. BBC1 - BBC2 - ITV - CNN - SKY NEWS - Eurosport Live - BBC News 24.
The dining table-chairs are located here along with a great ceiling fan-light.
The kitchen is equipped with kette- toaster-crockery - glasses- ample kitchen utensils - hob - oven - microwave and washing machine - fridge -freezer.
There is a shower room - fully tiled with sink and toilet. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes - bedside table and lamp.
The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes - bedside table and lamp. An en suite fully tiled bathroom which host a bath- shower over toilet and sink with mirror over.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Further details outdoors: The huge roof terrace is in an L Shape and hosts four sunloungers and sun cushions, parasol and base.
A patio set is also located here.
There is an other small terrace of the living room.
