Parque Santiago 1 is situated in central postion in Las Americas in very popular and quiet complex with heated pool in the winter, good night life, restaurants,shops, beach and golf courses near by. Ideal for couples and families.

Parque Santiago 1 is very attractive complex in prime position surrounded by tropical gardens.
Near famous Safari shopping centre with restaurants and beach close by.

The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is modern, minimalistic and very comfortable apartment and has ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms to keep it cool.
The bathroom has one double shower and no bath plus vanity unit and WC.
We DO NOT have a washing machine.

Large balcony from lounge and bedroom area with table and 4 chairs. Does not receive sun on balcony, only first thing in morning. North facing balcony.

There is a large heated (in winter) swimming pool, children pool with slide, sun terraces and sun loungers
There is a small charge for sun bed hire on this complex.

There is a very friendly poolside bar/restaurant which serves good quality food and drinks from 9am to 6pm.
Look out for happy hour between 4 & 6pm. ( Drinks half price). They is also a supermarket, beauty salon, car hire, estate agents and coffee bar all on site.
24 hour security on site

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest and most popular island with all year round sunshine.
Las Amercias is the main tourist resort situated on the south of the island with a number of beaches, restaurant and bars. Plus the many attractions and views.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 1 area

Las Americas has some excellent nightlife with entertainment in most bars. There are lots of activities including
parascending, scuba diving, dolphin trips, water skiing, golf courses and many other activities.
Trips to jungle park, water park and Lora Park plus Mount Teide are a must. Not to forget a visit to the Safari shopping centre at night. The new Siam water park is only 10 minute taxi ride away or free bus service when booked in advance. The park has the highest water slide in europe and many more or just relax on its own beach (white sand) & wave machine

There are always taxis available the journey from Tenerife South airport is about 15 minutes in a taxi, and cost about 25 euro's.
There are scheduled flights to Tenerife from most airports.
Visit Travel Supermarket for flights. Also try Ryanair

“Quality Vacation Rental” I stayed with my girlfriend from the 28th of Novemeber to the 3rd of December in Las Americas where the apartment is based, and from first making the booking to getting to the apartment it was all very simple and straight forward, Andy was always at hand to help aswell. The apartment was in a great location, close enough to all the restraunts, shopping centres, and clubs and bars but far enough to have your peace and quiet evrything was practicaly walking distance, swimming pool in the complex, there was a beach right behind the complex and if you carry on walking even more sandy beaches for you to enjoy. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, balcony, bathroom with a huge walking shower, and kitchen was spotless, all the usual a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, cutlery etc, also had a wide screen digital tv including sky sports and english channels, with a dvd player and cd player all in the lounge area. Great place home from home. All in all was a fantastic holiday would highly recommend staying there so much to do and after having great nights out in Tenerife brilliant place to come back and relax. Big thank you to Andy and I hope to book with you again, see you soon! Shaun & Tahera

Excellent apartment situated in prime location in Las Americas . Close to beach, restaurants, shops, etc.
