Club Atlantis is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw from the renowned Puerto Colon Marina, Yacht Club and La Pinta & Fanabe beaches. This complex has a friendly atmosphere and a relaxing ambience. The quiet but very popular front line 4 star aparthotel has 24 hour security and reception. This apartment faces south overlooking a small courtyard adjoining the famous Geranium Walkway, which leads, on the right to La Pinta Beach, Fanabe Beach and on to Playa Del Duque out as far as la Caleta, or to the left to the centre of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring resort of Los Cristianos. Club Atlantis is an exclusive development , well maintained to a high standard, offering 3 swimming pools ( heated during winter months) with pool bar serving drinks and snacks, hairdressers/beauticians, laundrette and a Games room for cards, or a quiet corner to read. The beaches are just a few minutes walk from the complex and there are bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance . Internet access at Reception area, and B. de Change just up the street outside the complex.

The Tenerife region

Situated on the beautiful Costa Adeje / San Eugenio region of Tenerife, The Club Atlantis is an ideal holiday destination. Enjoy sunshine all year round. Only 20 minutes from the Reina Sofia airport, where buses and taxis are always available. Ideal location for all the facilities and amenities this popular resort has to offer. There are sight seeing, whale /dolphin and fishing trips all available at the nearby marina. Scuba diving, paragliding, Air Park, Water Park and lots more, all available locally which makes it an ideal holiday venue for couples and families alike. For the golf enthusiasts, Club Atlantis is ideally situated with a 15 - 20 minute taxi ride of five golf courses: Golf Las Americas, Adeje Golf , Los Palis , Golf del Sur, and Amarilla Golf .

Also ideal location for touring and sight seeing for the rest of the island (Los Gigantes, Mount Teidi, etc.) with many car hire firms locally, as well as close proximity to taxi and bus services. Only a short taxi ride(or brisk walk for the more energetic) to Los Cristianos Harbour where the ferries can be taken to the neighbouring islands.

Have a fantastic day sunbathing and swimming on one of the many beautiful beaches nearby or at the privacy of the complex. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing meal at one of the many restaurants in the area and sample some of the locally produced wines or participate in many of the entertainments/cabarets on offer in the area.

How to get there

Fly into the South of the Island, to Reina Sofia airport which is approx a 20 minute taxi ride away. Most UK carriers travel there several times weekly. Or avail of our 'Meet & Greet' Service for the same price (max 4 persons) who will transport you to the Apartment and show you around.

The twin bedded room and living area are comfortably furnished with all necessary equipment to save visitors bringing too much. The kitchen is very functional with a full electric oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, sandwich toasster, coffee machine, etc. The bedroom has an overhead fanlight, while there is a stand up fan in the living area. The apartment benefits from Satelite TV (including BBC & ITV) and there is also a supply of DVD's & Cd's for that quiet evening in if there is nothing suitable on the Satelite channels. We would ask that visitors bring their own Pool / Beach towels. There is a Picnic Set & Cool bag for days at the beach or touring. A mid week clean / linen change can be arranged at a small extra cost. A Welcome Pack to save that first rush to the shops is included in the rental fee. There is also a Safe in the apartment.

Further details outdoors:
The patio doors open on to a comfortable sized balcony which is south facing and enjoys sunshine virtually all day. As this is classed as a Bungalow, there is no noise of people walking overhead and secluded enough to eliminate any pool noises by day. The local Bars close around 11pm nightly so there is virtually no late noise in the area. Club Atlantis is just a minute's walk from the famous Outdoor seawater swimming pool at the Beach Club Las Rocas, where for a small fee, one can relax with free parasols and sun loungers and waiter service from the Las Rocas bar situated on the sea front in the beach club. The nearest beach, La Pinta has the excellent facilities of the Iceberg Fun Park for kids / teenagers and all the local beaches have Blue Flag status. Sun loungers / parasols are available for hire on them all.

Conditions

Apartment prices quoted are for full weeks based on twin occupancy. Linen, towels, water, gas and electricity are included. Apartment will be available from 4pm on check in day and vacated by 10 am on departure day, unless by other arrangement with management.
£50 Booking deposit (per week booked) to secure dates required with balance plus a refundable security deposit of £50 payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable breakages deposit to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection & safe return of the keys).
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.

Prices are based on 2 persons sharing during 2008. £30 per person extra per week up to a maximum of 4 people. Rates for 2009 will increase by £10 per week. Ideally suited to two people, or with younger children. If staying more than one week, a linen change will be made on a weekly basis.

Any week that includes Christmas or New Year, £350 per week.
