A fabulous studio apartment on Parque Santiago 4, all newly renovated and fully equipped and only 50m to the beach, with a sunny garden and terrace, wheelchair friendly with ramp. Sleeps up to 4. Now with a fantastic new kids water park and play area on site. Air-conditioning now included, we also have an identical apartment next door for larger groups.
The studio apartment is located on Parque Santiago 4, probably the nicest and most popular holiday complex in Tenerife. The apartment has a lovely sunny terrace with shrubs all around, overlooking the pool and gardens. It is on the ground floor and has access onto the walkway down to the sea front, (only 50m). There is everything to make this your ideal holiday location. Inside is a sofabed, fridge freezer, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, fans in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom with bath, shower. Dining suite inside and on terrace. Sun beds on terrace. There is a safe and book selection. Bathroom has grab rails in bath and at toilet. And there is a disabled ramp outside. Air con now included!!

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the ideal holiday destination, only 4 hours from the uk, with sunshine and warm temperatures all year. Although it is part of Spain and the EU it benefits from tax free prices so is a haven for shopping. Eating out is also very reasonable, even in the top restaurants. In the centre of the island is the volcanic peak, El Teide which is surrounded by a fabulous national park. The island has a variety of beaches, white sand, black sand, natural. And the sea is warm enough to swim in all year. There are opportunities for surfing, diving, watersports, and fishing.
Tenerife also has a variety of walks, from the long seafront promenades to the mountains. Ask Jean for more info! For a historical look at Tenerife head to La Laguna, 1 hr on the bus, the old capital of the island. There is a bustling atmosphere in Santa cruz, the capital, full of shops and cafes. Also 1hr by bus. For music lovers there is an auditorium which resembles Sydney Opera House in Santa cruz, ask Jean if you are interested.
Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 4 area
Parque Santiago resort has the perfect location in the south of Tenerife, located halfway between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos village. Opposite is the lovely white sand beach where you can swim all year. On the stretch known as Tenerife´s Golden Mile is where all the top hotels, restaurants, bars and shops can be found. If you like shopping there are a plethora of new shops here.
The Water Park is only 15 min away, by free bus with a fantastic dolphin show, you can even pay and swim with the dolphins. There are 3 zoos in Tenerife, Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz is fantastic, also now with killer whales. In the south of Tenerife is the Jungle Park, highly recommended and the Monkey Park.
