About the home

We have a fabulous duplex apartment on Parque Santiago 4 located only a few metres from the sea with 2 sunny terraces available for longer term rental .

There is everything to make this your ideal apartment. Equipped with uk TV, DVD player with USB reader, stereo, fans in all rooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster. Dining suite inside and on both terraces. Sun beds on terrace. There is a safe and book selection.
Sleeps up to 4 with a sofa bed and z bed.

We also have a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment in Parque Santiago 3 which sleeps up to 6 and a studio apartment in Parque Santiago 4 which is ground floor facing the pool, with wheelchair access, washing machine and wifi BOTH AVAILABLE FOR LONGER TERM LETS.

Parque santiago 4 deserves its prestigious reputation and awards, with its beautiful sun bathing areas, heated pools, modern pool bar with free wifi in reception and at pool.

The resort has a fantastic new kids water park, modern spa and jacuzzi in the pool , gym and play area on site. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and duty free shopping on site and it has a lovely beach just in front.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the ideal holiday destination, only 4 hours from the uk, with sunshine and warm temperatures all year. Although it is part of Spain and the EU it benefits from tax free prices so is a haven for shopping. Eating out is also very reasonable, even in the top restaurants. In the centre of the island is the volcanic peak, El Teide which is surrounded by a fabulous national park. The island has a variety of beaches, white sand, black sand, natural. And the sea is warm enough to swim in all year. There are opportunities for surfing, diving, watersports, and fishing.

Tenerife also has a variety of walks, from the long seafront promenades to the mountains. Ask Jean for more info! For a historical look at Tenerife head to La Laguna, 1 hr on the bus, the old capital of the island. There is a bustling atmosphere in Santa cruz, the capital, full of shops and cafes. Also 1hr by bus. For music lovers there is an auditorium which resembles Sydney Opera House in Santa cruz, ask Jean if you are interested.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 4 area

Parque Santiago resort has the perfect location in the south of Tenerife, located halfway between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos village. Opposite is the lovely white sand beach where you can swim all year. On the stretch known as Tenerife´s Golden Mile is where all the top hotels, restaurants, bars and shops can be found. If you like shopping there are a plethora of new shops here.

There are 2 Water Parks only 15 min away, by free bus with a fantastic dolphin show, you can even pay and swim with the dolphins. There are 3 zoos in Tenerife, Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz is fantastic, also now with killer whales. In the south of Tenerife is the Jungle Park, highly recommended and the Monkey Park.

This location is only 15min from the airport.

“A place to chill” The location at Santiago 4 is perfect. For the beach and resaurants.We have stayed 13 times in 1003 and have pre booked for Nov 2011, May 2012 and Nov2012. The owner lives locally and is only too willing to answer and solve any problems no matter how small. She genuinely wants you to enjoy every minute of the holiday. Within walking distance are many lovely eateries of different nationalities. We walk on the beach front to The Surfers bar every morning for a full english for 3.5 euros each. and use the Marlin Chinese buffet regularly. Ramonds2 good for a steak dinner.This apartment is home from home to us and we have finally found the place we have been looking for. I cannot see a time that we will be going anywhre else.
