The well known San Eugenio Shopping Centre with it's hypermarket, bars and shops, pavement cafes is only a two minute walk away. While there is a minimarket on site the hypermarket offers great choice and value with local and British products available.

Tenerife offers a temperate climate all year round which makes the Canary islands the nearest place from the UK for a winter sun break. In fact the temperature remains constant for most of the year.
Playa de Las Americas area
Playa las Americas is the top holiday spot in Tenerife and offers everything for young and old alike. There's plenty to do and see. Garden City is a quiet well run complex ideal for families and couples - with everything you could want on your doorstep.
Eating out in Tenerife is much cheaper than the UK and there is a full range of international cuisine (try the local garlic cicken). As well as local restaurants there are Chiene, Indian, Thai etc.

Further details indoors: The spacious one bedroomed apartments offer twin beds and built in wardrobes.
Separate living room has a sofa bed for the third/fourth person. There is Satellite Television which receives a range of British programmes including BBC and ITV. Through your French windows you have direct access to your own private balcony. Furnishings and layout may vary.
The fully fitted kitchenette comes completely fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Fully tiled bathroom has a WC, bidet, wash hand basin and shower over the bath.
Further details outdoors: Garden City boasts two swimming pools (1 heated) plus a children's pool and Kids Club.
Pool bar offers snacks, meals, drinks and entertainment plus pool table.
There are sunbeds around by the pool and unlike some complexes these are free of charge.
With your apartment you have your own private sunny balcony with patio table and chairs and pull out clothes line.

Safety Deposit box available for hire at a small additional charge.
Linen is provided and changed at the end of each week for bookings of two weeks or more.
Conditions
I ask for a £50 deposit on booking and the balance 8 weeks before guests fly.
