The Spacious well maintained self catering holiday rental apartment has twin beds in the bedroom and sofa bed in the spacious separate living room. Fully fitted kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron etc.

All apartments have Satellite television which receives a range of British programmes including BBC, ITV etc.

Your own sunny balcony with patio tables and chairs and a pull out clothes drier.

For your own safety there are no gas appliances

There are sunbeds around by the pool and unlike many complexes these are free of charge.

Garden City is a quiet well run holiday rental complex ideal for families and couples. Only 5 minutes walk to a choice of two lovely sandy beaches. With shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and all just outside the complex. Garden City has everything you could want right at your door.

The separate living room has a sofa bed for the third/fourth person. There is Satellite Television which receives a range of British programmes including BBC and ITV for those who want to catch up with programmes and sport.

Through your French windows you have direct access to your own private balcony with patio table, chairs and pull out washing line.

The fully fitted kitchenette comes completely fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.

Fully tiled bathroom has a WC, bidet, wash hand basin and shower over the bath.

Garden City boasts two swimming pools (1 heated) plus a children's pool (heated) and Kids Club.

Pool bar offers meals, snacks and drinks, pool table plus entertainment.

Linen is provided and changed at the end of each week for bookings of two weeks or more.

A taxi is easily obtainable from the airport and costs around 18 Euro and takes about 20 minutes.

Conditions

I can hold for a couple of days for guests to source flights and then I ask for a £50 deposit - or 10% for longer bookings and the balance 8 weeks before guests fly.

I offer a 10% discount on bookings for 8 weeks or more

The Tenerife region

Tenerife offers a temperate climate all year round which makes the Canary islands the nearest place from the UK for a winter sun break. In fact the temperature remains constant for most of the year so the summers are not as hot as mainland Spain which makes it more comfortable for a summer break.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

Playa las Americas is the top holiday spot in Tenerife and offers everything for young and old alike. There's plenty to do and see. Garden City is a quiet well run complex ideal for families and couples - with everything you could want on your doorstep.

There are two sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk and a full range of water sports.

The San Eugenio Shopping Centre with its hypermarket and banks, pavements cafes and shops is only a 2 minute walk. There is als a weekly market within walking distance.

Eating out in Tenerife is much cheaper than the UK and there is a full range of international cuisine (try the local garlic cicken). There are many British bars offering a range of British food. As well as local restaurants there are Chinese, Indian, Thai etc.

There is the well know Aqua Park just a short distance away (free bus).

Fishing, boat rides to watch the whales and dolphins from the nearby Puerto Colon Marina with it's cafes and bars.

The new Siam Park is within walking distance of Garden City and claims to be the largest water park in Europe - and everyone who goes - wants to go back. Tthere is plenty of other things to do and see there. Go to www.siamparktenerife.com to check it out - it looks great.

If you want to venture further afield - visit the famous Mount Teide - a cable car goes to the top. During the winter there is often snow on the mountain so you can play snowballs in the morning and come down and swim in the sea or pool in the afternoon.


For the Golf enthusiast there are a choice of 5 courses and all are within a 20 minute drive.

“good value for money” just returned from tenerife - rented an apartment from ddeanna dewey at garden city for the second year running. the apartment was very roomy more like a flat - which you wouldn't find in any... more

“We will be back” This was the first time we had booked through a private owner and it worked out much cheaper than a package holiday. The owner made the booking easy and sent out clear directions. The apartment was as advertised and although not luxury was much better than we expected. Everything was clean and we even had British TV for the nights we stayed in. The apartment had everything we could need and being a British owner even had a kettle for our cuppas. The complex was well looked after and the heated pool an added bonus as even though the days were very hot it did cool at night. We used both the pool bar and the the Winning Post pub on the complex and there were plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes just outside the complex. The mini market on the compex was a bit expensive but ideal for the odd milk or bread and the huge Mercadona suoermarket was only a 2 minute walk away and offered a great choice and lots of items were cheaper than back home in the UK. There were 2 sandy beaches about a five minute walk away. Plus the Siam water park was a short walk away and is a must to visit at least once. We had one of the best holidays we have had at this complex and it offered really good value for money. I certainly recommend booking through Deanna and we will definately be back. Response: Pleased to hear you had good holiday. Yes, it is usually much cheaper to book direct rather than a package holiday. Plus you can get straight in a taxi to your destination - rather than wait for ages for a coach to fill up and then visit lots of other hotels and complexes before reaching your destination. All the taxis know Garden City and it is just a 20 minute drive and costs about 20 Euros and no need to pre book as plenty of registered taxis at the airport - we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Garden City is close to everything and has lots of facilities on the complex making it an ideal choice for a holiday in the sun.

What a great time - we didn't want to come home. The kids club was a bonus.
