The Los Cardones Complex (3 keys) is situated centrally in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, minutes from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The complex covers an area of 7,000 square metres, much of which is exotically landscaped with palm tree walkways leading to the Bungalow Villas and a split Swimming pool with a terrace and supplied sunbeds around the pool and a cool drink from the pool bar. In the evening you just walk out the front of the Complex and you are in the heart of the shops and a very short walk to the beach. The road outside the Los Cardones Complex has been Predestinated so adding the the Beauty and the well positioned aspect of the Complex.
The Los Cardones Complex is also known as the Colonial Village, when it was built as a timeshare Complex, but now almost all the Bungalow Villas and Apartments are privately owned these days.

The Apartment / Villa is furnished with all mod cons including TV with Satellite Programs, DVD and a Safe. The Apartment Sleeps 2/4 persons. The bedroom has a floor to ceiling Wardrobe, a double bed and a dressing table. The Kitchen is fully fitted with all the extras. The Lounge/Diner has a 2x 2 Seater Sofas, Satellite TV and DVD, and patio doors to a Terrace.
The Sun Terrace has a Table , Chairs, and a Awning, the sides have bushes and flowers.The Bathroom has a Bath & Shower, Toilet and hand basin,
There is a Washing machine in the Apartment and a Safe.

Playa de Las Americas boasts several dark sand beaches, assorted watersports, a water park with a Dolphinarium, innumerable shops and a vast amount of restaurants offering every thing from pie and chips to paella... but that’s only half the story - the resort really comes alive at night with an incredible array of nightclubs, floor shows, discos and a casino. There are two, international standard golf courses six miles away in Adeje, and now the recently finished Golf Las Americas between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas.

Payment Terms - Booking Deposit and Balance
For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£100 per Week) or (30% of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us,
along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested.
This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us,along with our fully completed and
signed Booking Form. Confirmation of payment will be sent by return. Provisional telephone bookings are held for a short time, pending receipt
of the due Deposit (or full balance if within 8 weeks of arrival) and the fully completed and signed Booking Form.
A confirmation of your booking will be sent by return post.
Breakage's (On all Rentals) & Excess Cleaning Deposit (On the Villa’s Only)
A Breakage's / Excess Cleaning Deposit of at Least £100.00 per Villa is payable by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%)
and due at the same time as the final balance before your arrival.
The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and either to replace any losses or breakage's or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any Damage done to the Property, and any Excess Cleaning charges should the property
not be left as found on arrival. Deposit refund via Cheque or via your Debit/Credit Card less any deduction. (Please Contact on Return)
A Deduction will be made from your Deposit if your Lose your Key and have to Call Out your Agent Between 6pm & 10am. (30€)
Arrivals and Departures
The Keys for the Villa’s & Apartments are available on arrival between 2:00 & 3.00pm, & must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please leave your Villa’s & Apartments clean & tidy on departure.
Please leave your Keys in the Apartment, Villa, or at the Complex Reception.
Registered post or recorded delivery letter must be sent as written notice of cancellation.
In all cases the Deposit is non-returnable.
Cancellation is more than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 30% of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 50% of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 6 Weeks before Departure, We cannot refund Monies Paid, 100% of Total Rental.
Our On-Site Agents
Our Management Agent are there to help you during your Stay, If you need their services our Management Agents must be given ample time to investigate to remedy Any situation that may arise during your stay. Please report any faults to your Agent as ASAP. (Not once you get Home) We are Agents for some of the Properties we advertise, so any Complaints about the Make-up of the Apartment or Villa shall be between you The Clients and the individual owners of each apartment or Villa, Our Agent On-site is there to Help you with any Problems you may have.
Use of the Swimming Pool
The Swimming Pools are unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool is subject to acknowledgement of the Swimming Pool Safety Board
on the side of the Pool and S.I.H’s are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property.
>Complex Security will Evict any Persons who cause any Trouble or make to much Noise (at Night). (You have been Warned)
>Without prior agreement, only the members of your party as shown on the
Booking Form may occupy the Villa’s and Apartments.
>The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the
Immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions,
Or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests,
Or Persons not on your Booking Form.
>The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel any booking made in the unlikely
event of the property becoming unavailable through natural causes (such as flood, fire etc.)

be occasions where an advertised facility is either modified or not available. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions, power cuts etc. Should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your booking,
we will try to make alternative arrangements or offer a refund.

Journey time from Reina Sofia Airport is approximately 25 minutes by coach. It’s the type of place where, by the time you get home again, you might need a holiday to recover! Small and basic villa. Clean and has all essentials that one would need. Milk and water left in fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. Front terrace has sun most of the day. Suitable, in my opinion, for no more than two adults. Because this villa is based at the rear of the complex it is 5 to 10 minute walk to nearest beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. Company I rented from gave contact number for airport transfers however I did not use them as their prices were exorbitant. Much cheaper to get a taxi or use public transport and at a third of the price!,
