A large1 bed ground floor non smoking Beach Front apartment on the sought after Compostela Beach Complex, end terraced with views to the pool, the apartment sleeps 3, with newly refurbished Kitchen with all new appliances and bathroom, with full length bath and shower over, recently redecorated, terrace overlooking pool, apartment has t.v this is not fantastic, very basic. dvd & dvds to watch, oven, hob, kettle, toaster microwave, fridge,. there is onsite supermarkets and bars and restaurants. There is a large shopping complex just outside and plenty of bars and restaurants, and of course the beautiful Las Vistas beach is directly behind the apartments. There is also a safe in the apartment at no extra charge.

The Tenerife region

On borders of los cristianos and las americas, beach and promenade are directly behind the complex so you can turn left to cristianos or right to americas.There are several markets weekly the best is in los cristianos on a sunday,There is a shopping centre directly outside the entrance to the apartment as well as many bars and restaurants.The area is very flat so is ideal for those less mobile. The weather is warm to hot all year so perfect for a winter getaway.p.s other markets golf del sur fridays costa adeje thurdays &saturdays or if your boring like us you can pull up a sunbed get a drink from the bar and sleep. Playa de Las Americas area

Easy walk via promenade to los cristianos town centre. Other island attractions include Jungle park, aqualand,water park,loro parque parrot park, Mount Teide, jeep safari's and much more.There is a large irish community on the island so st patricks day is a big celabration or if you are feeling really adventurous you can go on a submarine safari .

How to get there

Fly to tenerife south airport, either taxi from airport currently about 25 euros or can arrange for transfer with local company

The apartment is only to rent to couples no single sex groups will be allowed. please note that the tv is very basic and the complex does not pick up the best channels.

There is a large pool , sunbeds and parasols there are bars and restaurants on site and some evening entertainment. There are also supermarkets and a laundrette. please note that these are on the lower ground so you have to go down some steps to get to them.

Please note that this apartment is for rent to couples . The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival, This will be the only clean unless otherwise arranged, but the sheets towels and tea towels will be changed every 4-5 days depending on the length of your stay.

Conditions

Please note guests are required to leave the apartment by 10 30a.m. on the morning of departure and will be allowed to enter the apartment after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. please note there is a baggage room available at the 24 hour reception.
there may be the posibility if the apartment is not booked to arrange to enter or leave later please check when booking
