Home description
Built at the beginning of the eighties, it was restored in 2001. Warm colours characterise the house, as well as natural wood furnishings which match the beams on the ceiling.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with a view over the sea and the swimming pool. The living room contains sofas and a flat-screen Satellite TV with a DVD player. This floor also has a dining room and a well equipped kitchen.
The bedroom area on the ground floor is is separated by a door which leads to the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a wonderful view both over the garden and over the sea). The bedroom area also has a small separate toilet with a washing machine. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; a larger one with two single beds which can be turned into a double bed, and a smaller with two single beds. Both have a balcony overlooking the sea, one bathroom with a bath, and an independent entrance from the garden.
The Villa is located within 100 meters of the famous top level restaurant El Molino Blanco.

The Tenerife region
Discovering Tenerife is exciting and easy. As the Canary Islands and therefore Tenerife belong to Spain, they are to be considered both politically and socially European regions in all aspects, with the advantage that both their geography and climates are closer to the African continent. The island is absolutely safe from any kind of danger and there are no “forbidden” areas. You will never get molested by anyone.
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Alto area
Nearby there is also a water park provided with a dolphinarium which is very popular with children and even grown-ups (www.aqualand.es) There are two recomendable restaurants at walking distance from Villa Alegria: El Molino Blanco (Spanish and international cuisine, less than 100 meters) and Pinocchio ( an Italian restaurant which serves delicious pizzas and equipped with a children's play area). From Puerto Colòn (15 minute walk) there are day trips on various charters (usually catamarans), to discover the coast and above all the colonies of whales and dolphins which live in that particular strip of sea all year round. A short car-ride will take you to a beautiful gym with a Spa (www.aquaclubtermal.com), with tennis courts, paddling and squash facilities.
How to get there
There are always taxis available - fare should be no more than 18 euros.
