About the home

This fantastic three bedroom detached holiday home is located in a quiet area of the 'millionaires playground' of Las Americas. There are amazing views across the sea to the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The villa is a less than a 10 minute stroll from the beaches and marina at Puerto Colon where you can take fishing and sight seeing trips or participate in the many watersports that are available.
It is also close to the Water Park (Aqualand) and Shopping areas in Las Americas.

At the the Port you can follow the Geranium Walkway, a lovely sea front walk, which leads right all the way to La Caleta or left all the way to Los Cristianos!

The nightlife of Tenerife is on the doorstep and it’s your choice on whether to have a quiet relaxing holiday enjoying the private swimming pool and stunning views, or to have a lively time enjoying all that Las Americas has to offer.

The new Siam Theme Park is due to open shortly. The Villa is 5 mins from the Entrance to the park!

There is accommodation over three levels :

On the Ground floor is the entrance to the Villa and Private Garage.

A stairway from the entrance takes you to the main villa accommodation - Lounge (TV with BBC1,BBC2, ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 and two Sports Channels), Utility Room, Bathroom (with Jacuzzi bath) , Main Bedroom (double bed) and second bedroom (twin beds). Outside are two dining areas and the full sized (7.5m x 3.5m) swimming pool as well as the pool side facitity with w/c and shower. All rooms have stunning sea views.

The third bedroom (double bed) and terrace are accessed via an external stairway. There are breath taking views over the sea and resort.

Towels (not beach) supplied.

The Villa is a detached property with well maintained private garden and two outside dining areas.
The Villa is located at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac.
The private swimming pool is 7.5 mtrs by 3.5 mtrs.
The upstairs terrace offers fantastic panoramic Ocean views across to La Gomera.
There is a WC and Shower Room accessible directly from the pool/garden area.
It is 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and taxi rank.
The upstairs bedroom is completly separate from the rest of the villa - accessed via an external stairway from the pool area.

Upstairs Terrace with Panoramic Ocean Views

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands just off of the African coast. It enjoys all year round good weather.

It is home to the largest mountain in Spain (Mount Teide).

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

Nearest beach is a 10 min stroll from the Villa. The marina at Puerto Colon, also a 10 min walk away, has day trips and charters, including fishing trips and trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.
There is a lovely sea front walk (the Geranium Walkway), which leads from Puerto Colon, right to the Marina, Bobo (La Pinta) Beach, onto Playa Del Duque and La Caleta, or left through the main shopping areas of Las Americas and onto the neighbouring Resort of Los Cristianos.

There are many trips and sight seeing tours available to destinations throughout the island.
There is a Waterpark (Aqualand) which is a short 10 min stroll away.
Fishing trips and watersports are very close by at Puerto Colon - a short 10 minute walk from the Villa.
Five Golf Courses are available around the resort and are just a short taxi ride away.
La Pinta and Bobo beaches are a 10 minute stroll away.
The new Siam Park Theme Park (one of the largest water parks in Europe) is 5 mins from the Park entrance!!
There are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from, many a few minutes walk away.

The Villa is in a quiet area and the choice is there on whether to have a lively or quiet relaxing holiday. It is also close to the Marina at Puerto Colon where fishing trips are available or trips to see dolphins and whales in their natural habitat.
