A Modern Newly Refurbished One bedroom studio apartment with the beds separate to the living area containing twin single beds which can be used as a double, with option of a further single fold away bed, ideal for kids,a travel cot and high chair is available free of charge. The apartment is in a popular area,close to the beaches and a wide range of amenities,10 min stroll to the beach and 5 min stroll to a large shopping area with restaurants and bars, yet still a quiet and peaceful complex. The Newly Opened 'SIAM PARK, is approx 10 mins away! www.siamparktenerife.com.

The balcony has a table and chairs,sun loungers, mini garden with night lights,clothes airer.It over looks sea and complex grounds, there is use of three pools including a childs pool with a pool bar and mini shop on the complex.
Linen and towels are included in the price,one bath and hand towel plus bath mat per guest,more available upon request.

The area is spacious,immaculate and peaceful. Secured entry to the apartment for gate key holders only,and a security guard is available 24 hrs.Lifts provided if required.

“lovely sunny apartment” we have stayed at this apartment three times, it is spotlessly clean as everything in it you need. best feature is the balcony that gets the sun all day so most of our time was spent on the sun beds provided. location is fantastic plenty of restaurants and bars close by. complex quiet, clean well looked after as three pools.any problems if any are sorted out very quickly by the owner esther and her managers. will definatly be booking again .

“Recommended” The apartment is bright, clean and has all mod cons. The large terrace is a big bonus and gets the sun all afternoon. The complex was kept very clean and there are three pools. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach is only a five minute walk away with even more restaurants to choose from. Only downside is the slope leading up to the apartment but if you take your time it's ok. Who's in a hurry anyway when you are on holiday!
