Home description

Located in a small Andalucian style village complex just 300m from the beach. A security bond of £100 may be required which will be refunded after inspection on vacating. The cost of any breakages will be deducted from this. Wireless internet access is available. Should the apt not be available we can offer alternatives of equal quality so please feel free to ask. Collection from the airport and delivery to the apartment via private car is available for 20 euro each way. Normal taxi fare is around 28 euro.

The Tenerife region

With many sandy beach's and sea front restaurants there is no shortage of places to while away the day or sit relax and watch the sun set in the evening. As the sun sets you may glimpse the islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Heirro in the distance. With average temperatures in the seventies / eighties and little rainfall tenerife is the ideal place to visit in the winter months.

Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

A trip to the local Puerto Colon marina to go on a whale and dolphins watching trip is a must. Local companies offer tours of the whole or part of the island by land or sea. From most parts of the area you can see mount Teide in the distance and trips to the mountain are easily found.

How to get there

By air with - Thomas Cook, Thomson's, Monarch, Jet2 or First Choice on a flight only basis. We can collect you from the airport for a small charge or if driving follow the directions for Los Christianos and join the motorway (TF1). Drive for about 15 minutes until you get to exit 30 (salida 30). On leaving the motorway as you go under the bridge follow the road round and up to the right but give way to traffic on your left half way up the hill. Continue over the motorway and as you go down the hill Mareverde is on your right. Find some were to park and telephone to advise you are here and we will come to greet you.

Further details indoors:
The apartment has ceiling fans and air conditioning in the main lounge. Accommodation for more than two is catered for by use of the two sofa beds. Four towels for the beach and a safe are provided free of charge. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge and a mid week change can be provided for a small fee. A selection of toys and colouring books etc are provided to keep children amused with a selection of books for the adult reader. The apartment has English and Spanish TV with the usual BBC1 & 2, ITV and Channels 4 & 5 with two sports channels and CNN news.

Further details outdoors:
On the patio you will find a table, parasol,six chairs and a stone barbacue area should you wish to cook outside. A small gate leads from the patio to the pool sidel. The apartment has security grills / gates all round.

A welcome pack of Milk ,water, tea and coffee is provided free of charge on your arrival. The apt manager lives on site. Weekly shopping trips to the local supermarket can be arranged at a cost of 5 euro.

Conditions

We would prefer smoking outside the apartment. Keys for the apartment require a twenty euro deposit on arrival which is refundable on leaving. A fifty (£50) pound non-refundable deposit per week of stay will secure the booking and payment is accepted by either cheque or via paypal. Full balance must be paid six weeks prior to start of the holiday. Change over day is flexible. Secure luggage storage facilities are available at no extra charge. Minor breakages are acceptable but major breakages / damage will be charged.

The owner's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Periods other than weeks can be booked if available at £50 per night (minimum period 3 days). If booking less than four weeks in advance, days extra to the weekly period will be charged at £35 per day unless booked more than four weeks in advance when the weekly rate will apply. For more than 4 people an extra £50 per person per week will be required.
