Private residential complex. This is a luxury self-catering apartment which consists of fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, lounge with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms : one on suite . Large sunny terrance with Sea Views.
Tenerife Royal Gardens is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach, its also within walking distance from local amenities; shopping centre; supermarket, bar, restaurants and much more.

However cars can be parked on the road or in the public parking space in the shopping centre oasis at apprx 80 meter from the complex.

The Playa de Las Americas / Tenerife Royal Gardens area

The studio is situated near to local amenities, and just at 2 minutes walk from the beach.
On the right hand side of the complex you can find the beach called "Playa El Camisón" and at the left the beach called "Playa de Las Vistas".
The weather in this area is nearly always sunny; ideal for sun bathing or relaxing. For the more energetic there are ball games, surfing, beach volleyball and many other games.
The promenade gives you the alternative to walk, run or cycle all the way along the coast.

The complex TENERIFE ROYAL GARDENS is located at apprx 15KM from Tenerife South Airport Reina Sofia.
From the airport you can take a bus or a taxi.
The taxi will cost apprx 25 euros. Takes 30 minutes.
The bus directly from the airport to Los Cristianos cost apprx 8 euros. From there you will have to take a taxi to the complex; costs apprx 5 euros. Takes apprx one hour.

“fantastic apartment, perfect location” the apartment is very stylish and comfortable. The decor is classy with all the amenities you need for a perfect holiday. You feel very secure as the complex has security doors with code access and a friendly doorman. The large balcony is perfect for outdoor dining and sunbathing on the 4 lounges, The sun is on the balcony all day from 8 til 6 so perfect for sunworshippers, There are also 2 canopies for shade when the sun gets too much. The beach is a minute walk across the promenade or you can cool off in the communal pool. There are some lovely shops within minutes walk and some excellent restaurants especially The Modern British Empire. We like to walk and you can go in either direction to Los Christianos which is about 10 minutes or Del Duque which takes about 1 1/2 hours with plenty to see on the way.We had very good communications with the owners with clear instructions of how to get there. We were only back a week and have booked again for next year. Loved it!!

“Would definitely go back!!” The apartment was spotless, nicely furbished and very quiet. Not the nicest of views if you looked straight out of the apartment but if you looked to the left you could see the beach which was lovely to sit and watch in the morning. The complex didn't have very many sun beds so ensure you get one early, all in all I would definitely return.
