The studio apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the excellent Parque Santiago 4 complex and benefits from the use of the pools in Parque Santiago3 next door. ~The terrace has sun until mid afternoon with a filter on the patio door to keep inside cool. The studio apartment is ideal for a couple or small family and is a good position for enjoying all of the facilities of this top resort.

The studio is fully furnished and comprises 2 single beds in a separate sleep area as well as a lounge with sofa bed. there is an adequate fitted kitchen with appliances. The studio has ceiling fan and a plasma TV
