About the home

The property is ideal for those wanting to be in the centre of the resort but located away from the hustle and bustle.

It has a heated pool, ideal for those long winter stays. The studio has recently been renovated so it is modern with all the facilities you would need for your stay.

The complex is more suited to families and couples. Just 7 minutes walk to Playa Troya beach.

The apartment has a sea view the studio has side sea view.

Conditions

Deposit is due at the time of booking and is non refundable. The balance is due 3 months before departure which is also non refundable.

If for any reason you do have to cancel I can provide a cancellation invoice which will enable you to claim your money back from your holiday insurance.

Tenerife is a popular holiday destination as it has a fantastic all year round weather. There are many places of interest and excursions that you can try.

Water parks, Jungleparks, Markets, Dolphin watching, Medieval Nights, Ferries to neighbouring Canary Islands - all of this makes for a enjoyable and fun -packed holiday.

The Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area

The area is full entertainments, the nearby Aqualand, Brand new "Siam" water park just opened in 2009 across the road.

Many International restaurants and bars. Hundreds of shops including Timberland, Lacoste, Burberry, Levi, Zara, Mango and many many more.

There are many airlines which fly into Tenerife Sur including low cost.

You don't need car hire for the location of my apartments but if you do fancy hiring a car to get around the island try Holiday Autos, Avis or Hertz.
