The Tenerife region
Parque Santiago III is situated on the sea front, on the golden corner of Playa De Las Américas, right beside the beach, and beside a public park with pleasant pedestrian pathways under palm trees. Parque Santiago III is situated in one of the most recently developed areas of Playa de las Americas and one of the sunniest. The complex is located beside the promenade that leads to the nearby harbour of los Cristianos. A very pleasant walk along the beach/sea front will take you there.

Shopping: There is an excellent choice of restaurants within the complexes, which are situated on the sea front right by the beach. Two lovely pools with children's pool and playground, mini-golf at Parque Santiago 5, two excellent supermarkets and shopping mall. Ideal for families, couples or just groups of friends. A complete shopping mall is located near to the Villas, with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need, without having to leave the complex. A pleasant stroll along the promenade will bring you to Los Cristianos with its' quaint harbour and intimate restaurants and where you can also catch the ferry to the island of La Gomera.

GROUND FLOOR: Spacious garden, patio area containing table and chairs, lounge cum dining area with television Sky News, Eurosport, CNN, BBC1, BBC2, BBC World etc., One bedroom with twin beds and Large Wardrobe with door access to garden; toilet, wash hand basin and shower, fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, instant water heater, ironing board, plus open utility area off the kitchen containing a washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR: Three en-suite bedrooms with twin beds and large wardrobe [one which contains a security safe]; En-suites contain toilet, wash hand basin, bidet and bath cum shower; large balcony off main twin bedroom which overlooks the sea, large balcony also overlooking the pool in the other bedroom.
Further details outdoors: Front garden, patio area containing table and chairs overlooking the sea. Swimming Pool: There are two lake like saltwater swimming pools; one of which is heated from October to May. The large pool covers an area of 1,800 square metres and they both have spacious sundecks. There is a smaller pool and play area especially for children.
Further Information and Pictures: To find the location of Villa No. 27, imagine that you are crossing the main bridge over the pool walking towards the sea, once you cross the bridge you immediately turn left onto the wooden bridge that crosses over to the pool island. Once you cross this bridge, Villa No. 27 is the Villa straight infront of you.
Conditions
Booking deposit (50%) is payable by cheque within seven days of reserving the Villa. The balance due is payable by cheque 6 weeks prior to departure date. Change-over day is Friday.
Keys of the Villa, Information Leaflet and Sun-Bed Pass Cards for 7 people will be sent at least two weeks before departure date. Please note that the above rental rates include: a 50% supplement during Christmas and New Year and a 25% supplement during the Mid-Terms February and October, Easter and July/August.
