About the home

Parque Santiago 2 is one of the most popular complexes in Las Americas, with numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets right on the doorstep. Being a private complex, it is quiet at night, with on-site security.
Large heated seawater swimming pool. Coin-operated air-conditioning in every room. Easy access - no steps whatsoever from the road right up to the inside of the apartment. The apartment is a duplex, with one bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom downstairs, and a further two bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs.

This Penthouse Apartment has been refurbished to a high standard, with new full-sized bathrooms, (both bathrooms with bath, shower, and hair-dryer), and separate air-conditioning to ALL bedrooms and lounge. The 40ft sunny balcony has sun loungers, seating for 6 and TOTAL privacy. Two televisions, two DVD players, radio/CD player and large selection of English and foreign satellite channels.

Conditions

This is a well-run quiet family complex and therefore we cannot accept bookings for large groups of young people. More mature guests are very welcome. At least one member of the party has to be over the age of 35. This may be verified by passport upon arrival.

The Tenerife region

The perfect holiday location, with all amenities nearby, sea, mountain, country walks, etc. and hundreds of bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. Possibly the best location to enjoy a holiday in Tenerife, right at the sea front with countless bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and NO HILLS TO CLIMB, unlike some cheaper locations which can often be up very steep hills and further away from the sea front.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 2 area

Numerous activities and attractions nearby: Golf, swimming, walking, mountain biking, sailing, fishing, pitch and put tennis, parascending, horse-riding, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, jet-skiing, paragliding, water-skiing, scuba diving, go-karting, quad-biking, quad safaris, bungee-jumping, crown green bowls, ten-pin bowling, etc.
Aqualand has numerous pools and slides, with a 'Must-See" Dolphin Show.
See the whales and dolphins at sea with a boat trip from nearby Los Christianos or Puerto Colon.
Mount Teidi has a cable car that takes you up to nearly 6000ft through the clouds.

Monkey Zoo, Eagle Park, and lots of other tourist attractions for all the family.

enjoyed the apartment the view from the balcony is one i will not forget,

Hi Keith,
We are back after a very enjoyable time at your apartment in Tenerife. The position in las Americas was great for us especialy with the mobility scooter and the weather was perfect for us. We had no problem gaining access on our arrival and found every thing as promised. The washing machine was an absolute boon and we would consider booking with you again in the future. We enjoyed a very happy holiday and would have liked to stay longer.
