Accommodation:

The villa offers spacious accommodation on three floors:

The ground floor comprises a large open plan lounge and diner opening on to a patio with private gate accessing path to the pool area. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with utility room off, and a w.c./shower room.

The first floor has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and opens on to a large balcony overlooking the pool and with a view of the sea. Its bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wc and basin. Bedroom two has twin beds that can be put together as a double bed. Its bathroom has a large shower, wc and basin.
The second floor has one large bedroom and en suite shower/w.c. This bedroom also has the benefit of its own balcony. It is again furnished with twin beds that can be put together as a double bed.

All the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and are fitted with ceiling fans. A baby travel cot is available.

The kitchen benefits from dishwasher, fridge-freezer, grill, hob, microwave, oven and washing machine.

Satellite television is available in the lounge showing a number of English stations.

All of the terraces/balconies have plenty of seats/sun loungers.

Villa 16 is approx. 40 meters from a sandy beach, in a sheltered bay. The beach has sun beds for rent by the day and all the normal watersports available. A good condition beach path allows easy access to the beach with pushchairs. The villas new patio area allows sunbathing in your own garden area with a few steps through your own gate to the pool. The complex benefits from two lagoon pools, one of which is heated during the winter.

Bookings:

A booking deposit of 50% is payable by cheque within seven days of reserving the villa. The balance due is payable by cheque or transfer 1 month (6 weeks for non UK guests) prior to departure.

Changeover day: flexible, but during peak times Friday to Friday is preferred.
Checkout time: vacate property by 10:00 a.m. please
Checkin time: 4:00 p.m. Bags can be dropped off.

Linen and bathroom towels are provided but are not to leave the villa. Linen and towels can be changed for reservations more than one week at an additional charge and can be arranged with cleaners separately by those renting.

This is a no smoking property except on the balcony or patio.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is an island that can offer a family just about everything to keep everyone happy.
Apart from the wonderful beach a stones throw from the villa and wonderful swimming pools, Tenerife can offer water activies on the beach or at one of the two local water parks. Loro parque in the north of the island can provide wonderful experiences for small children with Parrot displays and play areas. Golf is booming in Ternerife which now has six golf courses open for play at Real Club De Golf Tenerife, Golf Del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Los Palos, Golf Las Americas and Cost Adeje (more details and telephone numbers are be provided.)

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area

Parque Santiago III is one of the most sort after seafront luxury complexes in South Tenerife, enjoying long sunny days all year round!
This particular area is known as the "Golden Corner" between Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, both just a 10 mins pleasant sea path stroll away.
The complex is very beautiful with well maintained tropical gardens surrounding the two large pools, one of which is heated during the winter. There is also a children's pool and play area, which includes water slides and games (see picture in the gallery).
The new Siam Park water park is only a five minute taxi or bus ride away.
All amenities are easily available which means you don't need to hire a car. Numerous shops (many duty free), restaurants to cater for all tastes; fish is a favourite but everything from tapas to teppanyaki and chinese to chorizo. A large supermarket with its own bakery and freshly squeezed orange juice is irrestible. Many other facilities including laundry and hairdressers are available.
The complex also has a children's play area, paddling pool and for the older children there is a pool table and mini golf for after dinner entertainment.
Parque Santiago III main reception has internet facilities and a spa at the "Mare Nostrum Resort" is also available.

“Beautiful villa, fantastic location, a holiday to remember thank you” Just returned from Parque Santiago III. Villa was beautiful, well equipped, a bathroom each, and childrens pool was a god send spent all day in it. Main pool is Salt water so keep your mouth closed and goggles advisable for kids . Fantastic location only a minute from the beach and close to shops, water park, short walk along beach to night life or Los Christianos. Use Mercedona supermarket 10 min walk away where the locals shop and half the price( 2 minutes from McDonalds). Some lovely restaurants nearby 'Aberdeen Angus' and 'Hacienda Miranda'. A fantastic family holiday for us all aged 5-53. Many thanks
