About the home

This apartment has it all, views to die for, peacefully located yet close to all amenities.the complex itself is very clean and well kept with plush gardens and large saltwater pool (heated in winter). There is a pool cafe serving refreshing drinks and tasty food 8 till 8 daily.
It is surrounded by padestrian walkways lined with palm trees and is situated on the seafront promenade centrally between Las Americas and Los Cristianos.
A short 5 min stroll will take you to safari shopping centre with its dancing coloured fountains. Here you will find an abundance of shops such as gucci, prada etc. There is also a good selection of quality restaurants such as biancos, harrys bar etc
There are excursions galore on offer in reception ! ie, a trip up mount teide in a cable car, loro parc, waterpark, horseriding , whale and dolphin watching, the list is endless. For the golf lovers there is Adeje Golf, Amanilla, and Golf del Sur within a 15 min taxi ride.

Outside you have a patio table with 4 chairs for that relaxing al fresco meal or just a simple glass of wine watching the sunset and taking in the fresh sea air.

The apartment has had a refurb and a full new bathroom suite fitted, it includes a bath and a shower. The furnishing are new and modern.. Downstairs is open plan with a white fitted kitchen inc stainless steel appliances. This then leads to the wrought iron dining table which seats 4. Then you have a double sofa bed and reclining armchair. There is a ceiling fan, flat screen tv with sky ( english channels), ,dvd and a cd player. A few discs are available.
In the cooler months we provide a small heater .maid service is provided on a weekly basis to change towels and linen (beach towels not provided). Upstairs you have two single beds( can be pushed together if preferd) a walk in wardrobe, ceiling fan and bathroom.

Management agency is on hand for any problems ie lost keys etc
Not suitable for 18-30 type holiday, as inappropriate behaviour is unacceptable and security has the authority to evict badly behaved guests.
Rooms to be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Day of arrival1600hrs but bags can be dropped off. (these times are to allow preperation of apartment we will try to accommodate the best we can if possible).

Smoking is only permitted outside ! thanks!!

Conditions

1) Reservation 50% of total booking cost to secure apartment payable within 7 days.
2) Balance payable 8 weeks prior to reservation date
3) Deposit of additional £100 required with 2nd payment to cover lost keys and damages/repairs to apartment. Refundable within 14 days following return of keys and apartment inspection.
4) Cancellation policy- £100 will be deducted from 1st deposit received the remainder will be forwarded back up to 12 weeks prior to stay. no refunds given for cancellations made 12 weeks or less prior to stay.

The Tenerife region

Las Americas is the main tourist resort along with Los Cristianos. Situated in the atlantic off the coast of North Africa. It is said to have some of the worlds best weather and delightful climates.average temp jan-may=70-78, jun-oct=80-85, nov-dec=60-70f. In the north you will find lush green scenery and a milder climate in the south you get a hotter drier climate with volcanic scenery and banana plantations. Mount Teide can be seen overpowering the centre of the island

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 2 area

Watersports are available on the beach approx 5 min walk towards Los Cristianos.they offer jet skis, water-sking, paragliding etc. Surfing is available opposite the complex. Across from the apartment is the La Siesta hotel. They have a great spa and welbeing centre.
Nightlife is very varied and in good supply., see for yourself!!.

Flights are available from most international airports, airlines such as monarch, ba and jet 2 offer cheap flights.
once at the airport there are taxis lined up outside 24hrs to take you to your final destination. The cost is approx 20 eur and takes about 20 mins.
alternatively if you want to hire a car we have found autoresin reasonable (approx £ 90 per week ) they are based in the airport where you collect your baggage. Other firms are also in the airport.
